Vacation rentals with a patio in Gyeonggi Province

The room is very tidy and the convenience store downstairs is quite good, but the sound of the tracks in the traffic is not a problem for my sleep.

I was worried when I went in because the building was old, but it was really, really clean inside, and it was the best air bnb I've stayed so far. The place is really clean. The bedding was comfortable, it was clean, and I slept well. The heating is also hot and good. I really felt like I knew why the reviews were good. Still, the only downside is that the building is old, so I'm a little scared when I go in. Still, there's a convenience store on the first floor, and there's an elevator, and once you enter the accommodation, it's a very cozy accommodation with the same detailed photos, so I was completely satisfied!! If I have to stay at the accommodation again next time, I will come here!!! I had a good stay. Thank you ~

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The hosts were incredibly kind and did everything they could to make us feel welcome—we truly felt at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Hongik Station. The Hongdae area is full of great restaurants, cafés, and things to do. A fun detail: the apartment is located right above the popular barbershop The Days Hair—we all got our hair cut there and highly recommend it! Even though the apartment is in a lively student neighborhood, it was quiet at night and we all slept very well. We'd absolutely love to stay here again!

Namin and Jake are great hosts, kind and welcoming. Communication is easy, everything is very well organized and the instructions are very clear. The stay guide is very helpful. The accommodation is impeccable, with all the essentials and small touches (water, soap, snacks, coffee...). And the rooftop is a real plus! The accommodation is a little off the tourist areas but easily accessible thanks to the nearby metro. The neighborhood is quiet and there are small streets nearby with great restaurants. We will keep fond memories of our stay. Thank you so much!

We all had a wonderful time at Namsan-Artminstay. It is a great location and in walking distance for shopping and delicious food as well as Buchanan Hanok Villa. The welcome coffee cakes and discount at the cafe was a very nice touch. We would definitely come again.

The host was a great communicator and prompt with full of helpful information. The place is well equipped and well stocked. The city youth center with gym was well maintained and helpful and close by. We enjoyed going for a walk along the Han River with great city views.

Soluna is a great host! She was always very attentive and flexible with our check-in and check-out schedule. We loved the place and the beds, they are really comfortable and the kitchen utensils seem to be quite new and very nice. The neighborhood is really great with tons of cafes and restaurants around, many nice walkable streets as well. I would definitely come back!

It's by far the best! Before check-in: The host's clear communication was really nice. At the same time, I was grateful for the kindness. It was also nice that you always responded quickly to inquiries. It snowed, and he did a thorough job of clearing the snow beforehand. After check-in: From the indoor and outdoor yard to the natural landscape, it was perfect without any flaws. The interior was full of European-style decor and wood scent, and it was simple yet equipped with everything you needed. I couldn't use the yard because of the heavy snow, but the snow-covered yard and the mountains in front were as nice as being in Switzerland or Hokkaido. What was particularly impressive was that there was a fireplace where you could make a bonfire indoors, and the atmosphere was nice and warm. After check-in: Likewise, he shoveled the snow and we were able to go back safely. And we left a baby boy's coat, and we were especially grateful that you said you could send it by courier after finding it. I don't think it's easy to find this kind of nature and quality facilities in Korea (in the suburbs of Seoul), and we're going to visit again next spring or summer. (You can use the pool then ^ ^) Thank you, host, and have a year full of laughter and health.

I went to Heesoo's accommodation in a hurry, but it was clean, pretty, and the 4 of us were able to have a really enjoyable trip. He explained and recommended things quickly, the location was so good, and the bathroom was so pretty. We had a pleasant stay. The location was good. 3min from the bus stop. The host was very responsive. On the way to the property we got lost and she helped us to navigate. We also got lots of recommendations on local restaurants , attractions.

The apartment is centrally located. When we arrived at the apartment, we got lost, but the host responded quickly and sent us the location, so we were able to get there quickly. The apartment was well-organized and very clean, perfect for a large group or family. In the apartment, they leave you a well-organized notebook. Please read it. It tells you all the restaurants and places you can visit, and they mark the cheap and expensive ones, so you know, as well as the taxis you can call, even to the airport. We read it in our last night, so there's that, so please read it. The apartment is near Hongdae Street, where there are many shops and restaurants of all kinds. The train is a 7-minute walk. When I return to Korea that I will, I will stay here again.

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the host's kindness. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it's a bit of a shame that there aren't many places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and it is slightly inconvenient to go on foot.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
