Cheongna Picasso 3rd floor studio-type house and 4th floor rooftop of 50 pyeong, which can only be used by one team, is 'Cheongna Ajit Camping & House'. Up to 12 people can stay ■ (plenty of bedding is prepared) and barbecue is possible by using a large tent for 7 people on the rooftop and a tent for 4 people in the glass greenhouse (air conditioning and heating are available). Use of table tennis (except when raining). The basic accommodation fee includes the cost of barbecue using the grill (1 pot, 1 pan), and if you want to use the barbecue grill using charcoal and propane, a separate fee of 50,000 KRW (60,000 KRW or more) will be incurred. It is ●only possible after making a reservation in advance and crediting the account. Please let us know the time you want and we will provide it (available from 6 to 7:30). The entire rooftop of 50 pyeong is for one team only, and basic seasonings and tools are provided for barbecue. All you need to do is prepare food to eat, such as disposable dishes and meat. 마포 광흥창역(6호선) 도보 5분 거리이며 최근 건물 전체를 리모델링하여 쾌적한 시설을 자랑합니다.천연원목을 사용해 캠핑카 컨셉으로 꾸며 놓았으며 1인부터 최대 4인까지 거주가능합니다. 침실에는 2층 침대와 더블 사이즈의 소파베드가 있으며 에어컨과 TV, 난방시설이 돼 있습니다. 주방은 밝고 깨끗합니다. 화장실은 다소 작지만 옷을 갈아 있을 수 있는 공간이 바로 옆에 있습니다. 사계절 온수가 잘 나오고 청결합니다. 식사 및 바베큐를 즐길 수 있는 다이닝룸은 냉방, 난방 시설이 돼 있습니다. 다이닝룸의 문을 열면 프라이빗 테라스가 있고 동네가 한눈에 내려다 보입니다(건물 내 유일한 흡연가능 장소). 건물의 모든 공용공간에는 안전을 위해 CCTV가 설치돼 있습니다(숙소 내부 제외). 엘리베이터가 없는 3층 건물이므로 미리 요청하면 가방 옮기는 것을 도와드립니다.

This is a space where you can sit around the rooftop terrace with a wide open space and pretty lighting and grill meat. Electric heating pads are installed throughout the entire floor, so it's warm. Host is very kind and very accommodating! We can’t be more thankful to the host, very helpful. Place is clean and has all our basic needs. We’re not sure how to turn on the ac so we just open the door since it’s pretty cold outside anyways - not really a bother. We had a very good sleep throughout our stay. Place is secure. Very recommended as this place is also close to many restaurants, subways and Hongdae so hands up!

Ideal location between Osan AB Main Gate and Songtan Station, each walkable within a couple minutes. Lively area outside the Main Gate is also a couple minutes walk away with many diverse restaurants, convenience stores and services. This 2-bedroom apartment is incredibly quiet. You can just barely hear the very soft sound of the train passing. It was a wonderful place to rest after our long flight. It was very clean. I used the floor mattress and it was very comfortable.

I wish there was a house like this. Everyone said it was so good as soon as they entered. It was clean, spacious, and parking was easy, and I was satisfied with everything. If I have to go again, I'll rebook without hesitation. The host was also very kind. The response was also quick. You can go to Gueup Batter by taxi for 5,000 won. It's not far from the downtown area.

Liked it. Was struggling to find a place cause of Seouls new Airbnb rule. Used to find so much now I can barely find any or it’s a party room rental. I like staying in Airbnb’s more. Hopefully more come back. But I liked this place. Got straight into Hongdae. I will use again if I can.

The height of the accommodation was very high, so the space was good, and it was so nice that all the facilities were neatly maintained. In particular, it was really nice to have a lot of small amenities. Disposable toothbrushes, plenty of towels, foam cleansing, Bluetooth speakers, and other seasonings were neatly arranged, so it was so comfortable that it was almost like they didn't prepare anything. Pretty glass cups, bowls, and cutlery were neatly and generously prepared, and the necessary fixtures and disposables for using the barbecue were so well prepared that I had a really comfortable time. I don't usually use shared tableware, but it was so pretty and cleanly prepared, so I used it well. The space separation was also good, so it was very comfortable. It's an accommodation with a high level of satisfaction to the point that I want to come again next time :)
