The owner lives on the second floor, and the entrance is separated, so you can have a private time. It is a neighborhood where quiet houses are gathered, so it is a good accommodation for those who enjoy a peaceful rest. This apartment is an absolute gem! It has everything you could possibly need, it is super clean, quiet at night, and there’s plenty of space. Haebongchon is my favorite area in all of Seoul, and all its best restaurants and cafes are literally a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. The area is a good mix of English-speaking foreigners and Korean natives. Also, the airbnb hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend this spot!

It was a pity that it rained a lot, but the lawn that I ran on for a bit before going back was so pretty. There are plenty of dishes, and there is no shortage of cooking utensils such as pots and frying pans. They even turned on the hot water mat in advance since I was with my babies, and I had a warm and fun stay:)

We had a fantastic experience staying at Joe’s place. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly attentive and responsive to anything we needed. What really stood out was how helpful he was when we found ourselves in a bit of a tricky situation with an unexpected extra night in the city — Joe went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and we’re so grateful for his support. It’s rare to find a host who’s not only responsible but genuinely cares about their guests’ experience. The apartment itself is in a great location with tonnes of bars and restaurants nearby. It’s also well connected by bus and train so you can get around the city with ease. Highly recommend staying at Joe’s place—you’ll be in great hands!

It was a last minute reservation due to the other apartment I had rented was in bad conditions for my daughter with asthma and description wasn’t accurate , so I contacted the host and co-host , it had instant booking which was perfect , messaged them and they let us check in at 12:00pm and also they sent us a private luxury minivan to take us to their apartment . I was all perfect / immaculate ! They were very responsive and helpful. They even helped us with the luggage . Apartment was missing converter and they bought a few and even gifted one to take . All I can say is that it’s that made the difference for our stay in Seoul , they are 5 star hosts with 5 star accommodations . They are even shipping is a bag our daughter left behind and they refused to take payment from me for the shipping cost . They also arranged our minivan to the airport at a good rate and very polite Driver . They were amazing ! If I ever do back I will stay over and over again !

Joe and Viktor were fantastic hosts, they went above and beyond to accommodate us from local recommendations, early check in, late check out and bringing Tommy around for pats! The place is lovely, with two bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen it has everything you need. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, it is easy to get around Seoul via bus and train only a 5-10 min walk away.
