Monthly Rentals in Gyeonggi Province

Location is convenient and even in a 25min walking distance to Hongdae which is great when you miss the last train :) The host was very welcoming and responded always almost immediately when we had questions. Check-In instructions were clear and the rooftop was also beautiful to enjoy! All in all had a great stay and would def. book again! On the way to subway is a local market and a Conbini 2min by walking which is open 24 hours. Cute Café‘s and bakery. And below the complex is a fried chicken place where we picked up late night chicken more than once :)

For the price it was very good. Nice and close to public transport, well equiped and was very comfy.

I liked everything: great location, proximity to the metro, excellent transport accessibility; within walking distance of mountains and beautiful places for walking; many restaurants and cafes, coffee shops, shops. i had a great stay here! the apartment is perfect for solo travellers, everything is easily accessible because it’s so close to the subway station/bus stops. the apartment has everything you need! totally recommend
