Vacation rentals with a home theater in Gwonseon-gu

The location close to the station, the e-mart right in front, and the convenience store right next door are perfect. The host is also very friendly, and I was thankful that he answered my questions quickly! There was no inconvenience after staying for a week! From the✨ location to the condition of the accommodation, it's a place where you can really feel that they put their heart into everything! 🏡💖 It was connected to Oryuk subway station by foot, so it was very convenient to get around, and there was Homeplus (1 minute away) right in front of me, so I was able to go there and get back right away when I needed something! 🛍️🚶‍♀️ The space was well utilized due to the loft structure, and the bed was fluffy, so I had a good night's sleep! 🛏️💤 The kitchen utensils were well-equipped, so it was perfect for simple cooking! 🍳✨ (Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are prepared👍) Most of all, the host was really kind, so it was a more pleasant stay! 😊💛 It's a place I want to come again next time! 💕✨

Good Location but bit expensive

It's the same as the picture! It's very clean and right in the center of Haenggung. There are lots of places to enjoy nearby!!!! The host responds quickly, and this and that I had fun with my friends because you were so attentive!!! I'll use it again if I'm in Haenggung again! I highly recommend it to others! It's spacious, cozy, and nice.🥰

This place is incredibly good for family stay. The Host if responsive and friendly always help us in every request we asked. We loved everything of it, especially the living room & kitchen plus the rooftop with city view. The only comment i can say here is there is no elevator and bidet. The room is on the 4th floor. It is hard for us because we have a toddler to carry up and down. If all grown up will stay here and no need to carry up and down. Stairs would be fine. Surely we will go back here again once my toddler is a bit older. ☺️

It was close to the hospital, so it was good to get there geographically, and I was satisfied with all the bunk beds. I used the 2 rooms on the 1st floor + the Nintendo Plus room well, and the upper 2nd floor room was spacious, so I was able to use it comfortably. I'm satisfied that there are a lot of disposable items.

The accommodation is located right in the middle of Haengnidan-gil There are many restaurants and prop shops nearby It was nice to put down my luggage and look around comfortably. I was so grateful for moving up the check-in time. I think he put a lot of effort into the☺️ kitchen and bathroom. Overall, it's decorated in white and green. It feels cozy and comfortable. (When you go in, it still smells like paint? It smells like a new house! I think people who are sensitive may take it sensitively) And the bed was so comfortable that I slept and woke up. I had a good stay for a day~ I want to stay again next time I come to Haenggung-dong

Five women visited in the cold weather. I'm sensitive to the cold, but when I checked in, the house was warm and cozy, and I had a good rest, so it was a satisfying stay for all my friends. It was nice that I didn't have to buy bottled water separately because it was well equipped with furniture, cups, and bowls, and there was a water purifier. You guided us on time, so we had a good time without any inconvenience~

It's not suitable for several families to hang out, but we had a lot of fun for a day. The swimming pool was too shallow for the kids to play, but they still had fun. The props and decor were pretty, and the floor was warm and nice. Since it was near the graduate room village, there were many places that were delivered until late, and the convenience store was a 2-minute walk away, so it was easy to buy additional necessities. We stayed here, but since it's a big studio type, we couldn't sleep comfortably because of the kids' sleeping habits in an MT-like atmosphere. Still, it was adults were all satisfied with the meeting~

Quite and peaceful place to stay

The interior of the accommodation is clean and the location is good! If you walk a little, there are many cafes and restaurants, and there are convenience stores of various kinds. One downside is that the window is not a double window, so it can be a little cold! But the heating worked well, so I didn't feel cold. ~ I had a good time!

Had a great stay with my friends! The flat has everything you needed, all rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. Recommend this spacious flat if you are travelling in big group.
