Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Gwonseon-gu

This was a great location to stay in in Suwon! The Starfield Mall is really accessible with the bus stop in front of the accommodations and is one bus stop away from a train station (: Really loved having the mall downstairs to walk around at before heading to the airport as well. The only downside to this apartment is the size of the towels, it was smaller than we expected.

Beautiful apartment and great location. The apartment was very spacious and quiet. There's lots to do and see around the area, while the apartment gave a good place to chill down or study/work. The host was very kind and responded quickly!

It was clean and comfortable.

It was really the best place to spend the Lunar New Year holiday with my parents! The building itself was creepy, so it was scary to go out and in at night, but the best location! Best accommodation! Best structure! Most of all, it was really nice because it was clean. It was convenient because the items were prepared as described! One thing, there was a cleaning cloth thrown away under the bed. I was going to use the vacuum cleaner, but the dust inside the vacuum cleaner wasn't removed, so it was too much... But I didn't say anything because I could feel that you were really working hard to manage it. Everyone makes mistakes, so heh. I thought I only had to clear the food when I checked out. I only removed the food, but I couldn't throw away the separate collection. I saw the message late. I'm sorry. My parents had a really comfortable stay. They said they want to use it again next time. ^^! Thank you. I'll contact you again.

The accommodation was clean and pretty, so it was so nice~!

It was a studio apartment, but quite spacious, with a layout and furniture arrangement that conveniently separated the sleeping, relaxing, and dining areas. Being right next to Jeongja Station made it easy to use the subway, especially on cold days, and I liked that there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The surroundings were quiet and cozy, and the bedding was clean and soft, allowing for a good night's sleep.

I stayed for about 10 days, and it was really like my home and comfortable!! The location was good, so it was easy to get around. It was nice that the communication with the host was really fast, and they listened to my requests, so I was able to stay comfortably.☺️

Accommodation as advertised. Spacious accommodation perfect for 2 families. Washer and dryer available. The terrace is a plus to relax. Nearby bus and metro. Very responsive and attentive host. Perfect for a first stay in Seoul! Thank you so much.

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Immaculately clean, superbly stocked with supplies and linens, and a well stocked kitchen with modern appliances. While cozy the space was well laid out, comfortable and perfect for us. It was much more than we expected for the price. The only downside is the beds were a little too firm for us but the extra sleeping pads took care of that. Mike was helpful and answered any questions promptly. We will definitely book with him again in the future.

The parking registration was smooth and nice.

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.

Had a great time staying here. Being so close to seoul station was really convenient when touring seoul. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Would love to stay here again!

The host was extremely kind and attentive with us. We really recommend this airbnb to stay in Seoul. The location was superb, near Hongik Station (10 min walking) and there are a lot of cute cafes and restaurant near the area!!

We had a lovely stay!! Quiet, clean and fully equipped We love the location, everything just around the house, we can spend 3 day around seongsu area without travelling to other area.

It was a place to meet with acquaintances after a long time, and the accommodation was clean, and there was no discomfort in bed.

This place has great value for what its location has to offer. Easy access to public transportation and eatery. It is also near a huge electronic market for Smartphones and PC components. It is 15-20 min away from Seoul’s famous open and underground markets. I strongly recommend it if you are on a budget.

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! was working and travelling on this trip and i appreciate chris' flexibility in letting me check in early and extending my check out time. he was also very responsive to all my enquiries! it's a very cosy place that will let you experience life as a local, wished i had more time to explore the area!!! esp with such a nice view :") found a nice cafe nearby and felt like it would be a very nice hood to live in long-term :-) there's a slight leak in the shower hose so water will get everywhere so that just needs to get fixed. but i managed to work around it after the first time i used it to minimise the splatter :-) highly recommend to solo travellers!

I had a comfortable stay as if I was staying at a hotel. ^^ I liked the cleanliness of the room and the thoughtful consideration. I think it's very suitable for a large family to stay. I asked for help a few times because I didn't know how to use the facility, but it was convenient because he answered quickly. Recommended for large families!
