It was a house with a great 180 degree view. Especially the terrace on the top floor was spectacular. There is no other structure on the same level as you. There are views on each floor. Overall, it was a quiet neighborhood. The roads are a little bad because it's a relatively new residential neighborhood, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Since it is an uphill area, it may be a bit of a problem without a car. There are large chain markets 10 minutes away. The house is built as a twin villa, the host lives right next door. Although it is usually a situation that is thought to be a problem, this is not a problem, they are very sweet people :) The host has very clear communication.

The house and garden are beautifully decorated. It is a very unique experience to live in a brick house for a few days. We enjoyed it.

This is a beautiful home, and Adem is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. This was a great place to stay for a family of 6. We had two children and two grandparents. Great family home. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace. If you have a car, this is a an excellent option. We did not have a car, so the walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. There is easy access to public transportation via the “Dolmus” line. The house is a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, a butcher (where one can buy wine, beer, and spirits). Also, there is a delivery service (info on the refrigerator) for groceries, water, etc. We would stay here again!

Was a perfect stay for our large family. We asked for a cot to be set up last minute and it was provided, no questions asked. 10 minute drive to city centre and close to other local beach. Highly recommend!

Yannis is a great host. It was an extraordinary house. We felt like we were in paradise. The location, views and rooms are excellent. We stayed with 5 people. Everything was great. Ms. Gülşah was very friendly and warm, we were very satisfied with this, renovation was necessary for a few places in the house, a quiet place as a neighborhood was not a disturbing factor, as I saw in another comment, it said that the neighbor was uncomfortable for the dogs, but we did not witness that the dogs barked a lot, it did not bother us, it was very suitable for us to have a peaceful and beautiful time.

We would like to thank Mr. Enis for offering us the warmth of the house in the Ephesus ultra marathon. He offered us incredible comfort with his check-in and check out service. Not to mention that it is very central in terms of location. Walking distance to everywhere. Since we rented the terrace floor completely, our shared kitchen(on the terrace)on the terrace and dinner memories are unforgettable:) We would prefer to stay in the same place again if we come to Ephesus, there is nothing more, thank you again for everything, your fruit offer was a sweet gesture 🙏

This was such a great house with a perfect host! We have stayed there as two families and Erini helped us with all our needs from child-proofing the house to sleeping arrangements. She was very friendly, very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. House has a big garden and a nice beach just outside. It has all the amenities you can ask for. It’s a newly renovated house with a clean interior. I would strongly recommend it for everyone, especially to families.

A very comfortable home with a lovely garden to relax in. It was a great base for visiting Ephesus. The property is within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions in Seljuk.

This place is extremely well located, right in the centre of Pythagorion and in a lovely quit area. I definitely recommend this place to everyone! Also is Stamatia a super great host, who is very good and fast in communicating.

Konstantinos was really friendly and made the process of checking in and out as simple as can be. His place is very sweet, with a traditional Greek feel. Having the back garden was amazing (especially as we had little kids who went to bed early so we could have a wine in the garden after!). Loved having a washing machine and a big washing line outside after beach trips. The pizzeria across the road is great too! And everything is very walkable. We love coming to Samos, and would happily stay here again. Only minor downside is that there's nowhere to place the shower head on the wall so you have to hold it over your head! But that's not a big problem. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location was peaceful and in a beautiful town with plenty of places to eat. The hosts made arrival and departure easy. Would definitely come back and definitely recommend.

I was at Manolis’ place with my wife and 2 children. The place is not far from downtown (5 min car drive to pythagorion public parking area). It is a loft style 1 bedroom house with a fruit garden. We haven’t faced any problem. The most amazing moment was to lie down on sunbeds on the terrace and watching stars at night with no noise, no light. It was unforgettable!

Absolutely stunning and magical place to stay. Fantastic accommodation. Private beaches and set in olive groves overlooking the sea. Breathtaking. BUT you need a car that can deal with a three to four kilometre drive on a very bumpy stony track to get there. Having said that it is really worth the effort for such a special place. The caretakers were kind and super helpful too.

George and his family were very kind and understanding. They felt like in our own home. The house was very clean and tidy and has everything a home should have. Highly recommend. You will need a car.

Humble, but very comfortable apartment. No A/C, but a fan is provided and I felt totally safe sleeping with the windows open if it was too hot. Very quiet except on Sunday mornings when the church bells ring! Many amenities provided by the hosts, including fresh food, bottled water, toiletries, coffee, etc. etc. Superb deal if you can deal with no A/C!

Sunny was a wonderful host. Always responded within minutes. She was also really flexible with the checkout. The home is located in one of the most beautiful spots I have ever visited. Everything one might need is right there. The home is very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Villa Ismini was great! We stayed here as a 4p-family and could not feel more like home. It is exactly like the pictures and description, if not even better. Full of antique and beautiful furniture, as well as an amazing backyard with shade & terrace under sunlight with a sea view. Kitchen was equiped with everything we need and there are 3 fridges for cold water that can be reached easily from every room in the house! We got our keys along with a detailed Samos advices. Just couple of minutes walking and you can dive into clear water. Everything was more than perfect, our hearts stayed in Samos... On top of all these, I have been all over Europe, staying at airbnb houses and have not encountered anything even remotely close to this price/quality ratio. I can only wish that this amazing villa will host guests who will be as respectful as it deserves. Thank you!
