The house was very nice. Mr. Seçkin thought of everything in all the details and we were able to reach everything we didn't need. It was spotless and safe, we stayed with 3 girlfriends comfortably. we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

The house was legendary! The decoration was very tasteful, everything was carefully thought out. I would like to share with you my pleasant experience in Urla. During this time, we stayed at Ru Cottage House. There is a keyless encrypted entrance at the house. Before we arrived, he informed and helped us with many issues that I cannot count, such as encrypted entrances, location for transportation, parking advice and use of the common area terrace. There were thoughtful details such as toothbrush/paste/fiber in the small package prepared for guests, and most of the items you might need in the kitchen. The house is in an old but safe neighborhood. It was very easy to walk to the art street and to reach the main road by car. We did not encounter any problems. Even if there were shortcomings that caught our eye at home, it allowed us to continue our holiday without compromising our enjoyment and comfort. We had access to the terrace, which is a common area. I recommend you to have coffee in this area with a view of the sea and the islands. It's definitely a place I'd choose for my next Urla vacation. The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.
