The amenities of the house were quite sufficient, up to 5 people can stay comfortably. The equipment in the house is sufficient. A clean, tidy, peaceful place.. A good place to relax. There is a sea view from afar, but the sunset creates a great view from behind the pool and the olive tree in the garden. The pool's purification probably makes a small rhythmic sound. It attracts attention because there is not much noise around. The host told us about the closing method, but we didn't close it. It's a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Izmir.

This place was a great representation of the original purpose of Airbnb and we felt so comfortable and at home. With one fantastic Aegean sunset here, it's like a penthouse anywhere else. The sunset over the Aegean Sea while enjoying a meal was the most romantic of my life. The host is very responsive and very human. If I visit here again, I will definitely choose this place. Highly recommended for those traveling this way.

I stayed with Meils for 10 days. The apartment was as stated on the listing. I was very pleasantly received and check-in was smooth and uncomplicated. There is everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well equipped. I felt very comfortable with Melis. A clear recommendation! Thank you :-)

The house is especially beautiful in the garden and the location of the house, the internet is fast, we work remotely, we did not have any problems, although the garden was a registration, we had a sea manazar. Mr. Umut was also very caring and hospitable.

we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

Ms. Gülcan is a perfect hostess, from the communication she established to the needs of the house, from the advice she gave to the cleanliness of the house. We loved him. We also loved the house. A very well thought-out animal-friendly house and neighborhood, including the landscaping of the garden. It is very close to the sea and the center. Access to everything you need is very easy, people and neighbors are incredibly sweet and loving. If we want to be in Urlada on our next trip, we will definitely choose it again.

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

My stay here was very nice! Çağlar’s a great host - he was accommodating with my early check in request, responded to all of my messages very quickly, and was just super friendly overall!

We had a wonderful time staying at Berrin’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. Great neighborhood, quiet, there were markets nearby. All tools and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is spacious, we had no trouble finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.

There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches.
