Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Apartment in the oldest half-timbered house in Wiedenbrück

Stay in the middle of the historic city center in the oldest half-timbered house in Wiedenbrück, built in 1549. The beautiful Flora-Westfalica, with its state garden show grounds and the Emssee, can be reached on foot in three minutes. In December, the Wiedenbrück Christmas market begins again, attracting crowds of guests from afar with its unique atmosphere. Cozy and rustic, but at the same time luxurious, you can hardly stay overnight in Wiedenbrück.

Our beautiful, bright apartment is surrounded by meadows and fields in Vlotho-Wehrendorf. Surrounded by many animals and nature, you can forget everyday life here. The large garden invites you to linger. But also in the immediate vicinity you can find great excursion destinations. Due to the good transport connections, this apartment is also particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people, fitters or also for motorcyclists on a big tour.

Cozy 3-room apartment in a central location of Gütersloh. The apartment is about 60 m², consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.40 m wide bed, the other with a single bed, kitchen, bathroom. Shopping, city park, Bus connection, water park, gym within 3-10 minutes' walk. The city center can be reached in about 20 minutes. The companies Bertelsmann and Miele are close by. Smoking is only allowed in the covered outdoor area, see photo.

Rheda-Wiedenbrück At home under 32 oaks

On the northern outskirts of the city of Rheda-Wiedenbrück you will find our apartment, idyllically located between fields on a quiet farm complex with large old trees - our 32 oaks! The apartment, 45 square meters, is a gallery apartment with a cozy, fully equipped kitchen. Up in the gallery is a 1.80 m double bed. The living area on the first floor has a sofa bed (for 2 people) and a bathroom. The apartment also has a small terrace.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Small attic apartment

The attic apartment is ideal for guests who are also looking for a simple, practical and inexpensive apartment for a longer period of time. The apartment is 23 square meters. It is fully furnished, has a fiber optic internet connection and a TV. The apartment on the second floor is located in an apartment building with twelve apartments (built in 1958) with a correspondingly simple environment.

Bright, open, cozy apartment with large sunny loggia to relax in a quiet location. (Smoking is allowed on the loggia.) The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket, bakery, bus stop (Gütersloh main station, 13 minutes), a pizzeria and a snack bar. The city park and botanical garden can be reached by foot.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me. Bielefeld center 11 km, Gütersloh center 16 km, Gerry Weber Stadium (new OWL Arena) 8 km. A parking space belonging to the apartment is right in front of the house. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed. Internet access via Wi-Fi is available.
