A fab flat in the heart of Hamburg

The apartment consists of a cozy sleeping/living room. The bed with two bedside tables is 180cm x 200cm. The dining area with 3 seats has a small kitchen with good equipment, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine etc. and a selection of standard spices. In the small but nice bathroom, the toilet can be separated from the shower area by a sliding door. Guests have access to all household appliances, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi (free). However, there is no entitlement to compensation if the WLAN does not work for technical reasons. Towels, hairdryer and iron are available. The best way to reach us is by email or in urgent cases (hidden by Airbnb) /text message/phone call. You will receive the key from me or as an independent check-in in the key safe. The renovated bright 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg with 95 square meters in a representative old building from 1896, in one of the best residential areas in Hamburg. The apartment is centrally located and quiet and suitable for up to 4 people. The Alster can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, with its numerous parks along the shore. The city center, the exhibition halls and the convention center can also be reached in a few minutes. In the neighborhood you can enjoy the immediate vicinity, to numerous cafes, restaurants, as well as supermarkets and bakeries. Every Tuesday and Friday the well-known Isemarkt takes place in Harvestehude, where you can have a great breakfast, eat fish rolls or be seduced by regional delicacies.

Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.
