Frédéric was very welcoming, the place was new and very clean. We had a great weekend and the kids loved the large garden and heated pool. The game room offers a multitude of activities: foosball, board games, TV area... We'll be happy to go back!

We booked this place with friends for a long weekend and we just loved this house! It is perfectly equipped, with a huge garden and above all a magnificent swimming pool. This house is perfect for 8 people with the possibility of each having a large bedroom and several toilets and bathrooms to share. And communication with Florence was extremely fluid and simple. We'll be happy to go back!

Corinne was a lovely, friendly lady and her place was beautiful, full of character. We asked for a desk and chair for working and that was no problem. We love the bbq and that was supplied with charcoal etc. The kitchen very well stocked. We will return next year.

We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms. We could sit together at the table inside and outside, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We took advantage of the pool and were able to create a movie night thanks to the screen and projector. Betrand was very helpful

Our stay at Laure and Frédéric's place was great. The farmhouse is nice and the location was very quiet. Perfect for breathing in transit!

Available and responsive owners; accommodation well suited to 3 couples and 6 children (be careful of the height of some beams for very tall people). Furniture in quantity. Possibility of parking 2 cars in the private courtyard and 2 outside in front of the cottage. Close to Auxerre; wooded environment with cool walks in the undergrowth. In the village: 1 bakery, 1 pharmacy, 1 tobacco bar. We therefore recommend this cottage; thank you.

This small duplex is really very warm, very well equipped, it feels like home... even better! The original decor adds a nice touch. And the bedding is royal: I slept well!!!

Beautiful and peaceful setting by the river. Great garden for the dogs plus kayak and paddle boards to explore the river for longer stays. Cecile accommodated an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. It's a shame we didn't have longer to explore the area.

We can say that this cottage is a prestigious cottage, very clean, bright, furniture and appliances of very good quality, with a large wooded plot and a beautiful equipped terrace. We were delighted to spend 15 days at Anthony's, a house very close to local shops and the city of Auxerre. A small note, for us northerners, we were missing coffee cups or mugs. A big thank you for this stay that we will repeat if health allows. F.H.

Very nice and bright accommodation. There are all the necessary amenities for 4 people. You are 200 m from a Leclerc center and a 15-minute walk from the center of Auxerre. You can do everything on foot once the car is back in the garage. Everything was clean and matched the photos. Fabien is very welcoming, pleasant and very responsive.
