Communication with Karsten before and during the stay was straightforward and very friendly, he is a great host. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and is quiet. The private access via the terrace is great, and in good weather it is also great to be able to sit outside and enjoy the bottle of Franconian wine provided. Everything is clean, what you need is easy to find. The parking space right outside the door is also a plus. For those unfamiliar with the area, Karsten provides tips on the area both personally and in a folder. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and with Karsten as host.

Well equipped apartment close to Würzburg. It was clean and had all the basic requirements.

The accommodation was as cozy as a bunker. We had a very warm stay, and it was so much fun to experience fireworks in Simone's neighborhood for the new year. The accommodation had a minibar, so I was able to choose one of the wines to taste, and I'm glad that we had a wine that went so well with the meat we prepared to eat at the accommodation. I would have liked to buy more if I could, but I'm sad that I couldn't because our trip was still ongoing. It was a pleasant experience.

Upon arrival, I was greeted very friendly by Verena and her dog Zahra, she is very nice. I felt very taken care of and at home, the dog was super sweet and friendly also to my own dog (I was allowed to bring). The atmosphere was very familiar Looking forward to the next time😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
