Ferry port and bridge are very close. Bars street and attractions are within walking distance. Migros and Carrefour are nearby. We have a small garden and you can have a barbecue. Terrace and sea view from the terrace. There is one bedroom upstairs and one big couch in living room. Couch is also comfortable for 2 people to sleep.
