Our rental residence consists of the main house and guest house in a 2,000 m2 land in Gümüşlük. The main house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a terrace The guest house consists of a room, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace. There is a flat foot entrance. A peaceful residential place completely away from the noise. There is a 50 m2 private pool. The use of both of these houses belongs to the renter. The hotel in Gümüşlük belongs to us. Our guests can benefit from discounted breakfast and other meals.

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.

Water outages, which are very common in Bodrum, definitely do not occur in my house because there is a 150-ton water tank, and there are no power outages either as a generator is available.
