Thank you Yilmaz for being a lovely host; super responsive and helpful. Absolutely loved Yilmaz’s place! Stunning house with stunning views! Bespoke furnishings and very well maintained! The villa was very clean, plenty to do for the kids! Thanks for the PlayStation game! The boys loved it plus the table tennis! The pool was very beautiful and well situated for the morning sun. Plenty of lounge space; and private space to sun bathe. The balcony was beautiful, plenty of fresh air for my morning meditation and yoga. Plenty of wardrobe space; and cupboard space for storage. The fridge was very clean, plenty of cups, plates and pots. Cooker was easy to use and heats up quick. The bathrooms were clean and no problem with hot water. Washing machine and dryer were very useful to have especially when travelling with kids! Would 100% recommend and stay here again if I did return to Bodrum.

We particularly enjoyed the accommodation. On the one hand, the place is nicer than the pictures show. In addition, the accommodation is nicely decorated and clean. The furniture and equipment are new and not worn. The location is great because it is quiet around the villa and yet you are very close to the city and thus to restaurants bars and clubs. So you have everything from yours. The pool area has sun all day, so you can sunbathe and take advantage of it in peace. The owners and staff of the property are available at all times and the communication is great. This place is super recommended. They are super cute cats in the area who crave love and attention. This was the most beautiful thing we were able to experience on our vacation.

Wonderful house in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to Bodrum Marina, restaurants and shops. Taxi rank at the end of the road. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We all slept well. Great host and very responsive. No problems at all and would love to return.

We were a group of 7 friends staying at the Theodores villa for my birthday, we had an absolutely amazing time. Louise who is the manager at TAF and her staff like Joanna, were super communicative and accommodating of our requests and gave us amazing service throughout our time there. The villa and the surrounding areas (the beach, the restaurant) all exceeded expectations and we actually ate at the restaurant quite frequently because we loved the food. We were serviced for housekeeping almost like a hotel but it still felt very private and luxurious. They also helped organise a private yoga session for the group at the villa for additional cost which was great. Overall, we'd love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends! Beautiful accommodation in a peaceful environment with fantastic views, walking distance from Zia. Located in the center of Kos island. Enjoyed every minute of it!

Lovely place to stay with everything one would need. Also great location, easy to get to places. Murat was very friendly and helpful. He was super quick with responses to our questions or requests. He has a great list of places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay again.

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, is clean, and a great value for the money. My only suggestion is to get Yavuz to navigate you directly to the location. We speak Turkish and know the Bodrum area well, and it was still initially difficult for us to find (but the view makes the climb so worth it!) You will definitely enjoy your holiday here, but you will need to rent a car. Enjoy!

Wow what an experience! Peaceful but at the same time close to everything. A hidden gem. Evdokia was a total please to deal with the whole experience was hassle free just what you would want when on holiday. Cannot recommend enough and can't wait to go back!!! The thought of this beautiful place will be forever in our memories.

A sweet one bedroom on 2 levels. Full kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. Gunes and her husband were warm and friendly. The apartment is in a small family complex, but very quiet. Perfect location near the harbor, shops and restaurants. A perfect place to hang your hat while visiting Bodrum.

The house is located next to the sea, 5 minutes to the beach . The hostess provided everything necessary for the guests. We felt at home. All issues were resolved quickly with the help of Söhret. We were very satisfied with our stay at Söhret. Thanks for everything.

The place was very clean and exactly as shown on Airbnb. Husnu was a fantastic host and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. I would absolutely stay at his apartment in the in future and highly recommend. I made the dumb mistake of forgetting my cellphone in Bodrum. Husnu immediately shipped it to me in the United States.

It is located in a very central location, but also isolated, there is no problem with privacy. Ms. Melis welcomed us very well. She had provided everything we requested in advance. The kitchen utensils needed in the house were just right. The air conditioning in every room was magnificent in terms of heating, we never got cold. In addition, Ms. Melis's mother even brought us sweets, they were very kind. There is no parking problem and they arrange it. If we come again, this is where we will stay.

Ms. Meral and her husband are extremely hospitable and very helpful, everything needed such as the house box was available, very beautifully designed, extremely calm and peaceful, we took advantage of the site's own beach every day, the sea water was extremely clean and the natural pool was very pleasant, the children were very happy, the house was very close to the markets, we had problems with shopping, but the vehicle is a must, we had a very peaceful holiday, thank you again for your hospitality🙏🏻

My wife and i needed a break to get away from the stressful year we needed to unwind and relax. Selva's place was the first place i had been able to unwind and relax from the moment we walked in the door very peaceful just what we needed. what a great host nothing was to much trouble and she responded instantly. we would recommend any couples looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway with stunning views to book this apartment and have a great time. we will be booking here again as was a great experience. definitely need to hire a car. many thanks Selva we had a great stay and will be back next year 5 star many thanks Natasha & Andre

Petros has a fantastic place to stay right in the middle of Kos Town. All restaurants, the harbor, old town and beaches are within walking distance. Petros is extremely helpful and even drove us to the ferry. I would highly recommend staying here.

Kalliopi's home is just as seen in the photos. We were two adults and one child, but the large spaces are comfortably suitable for four adults. Kalliopi was very kind. Everything she provided for our stay is better than many four-star hotels. The village is in the center of the island so every beach is easy to get to. We thank Kalliopi who made us feel at home this week. If we can, we will definitely be coming back to Kalliopi's.

You have to stay in this beautiful place, nestled in the mountains, with a spectacular view and you can watch the sunset. It’s off road so you need a car but centrally positioned in the island so exploring is easy. Zia is a stunningly beautiful place which you can walk to. The best sunset views and restaurants on the island. We were met by ourlovely hosts who couldn’t be more helpful, leaving us fruit and milk in the fridge and toast, biscuits and home made jam. We were given great recommendations for restaurants and beaches and Irene was only a message away for any needs. Extremely friendly and welcoming, meeting us in the early hours of the morning for that personal touch. The house is absolutely beautiful, traditional and so homely. The outside space is private and you can sit and watch the stunning view in absolute peace. There are lovely herbs growing in the patio area and an amazingly fragrant plant by the back door that only smells at night. An absolute must place !!

great location walking distance to the beach, shops, nightlife. we were seven people, which was fine as there were three bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. There should have been a little more cutlery, but that's also the only point of attention. very nice about Stavros is that he responds quickly, thinks along and in our case organized transport to and from the airport. We accidentally broke the bowl, but he also doesn't make much of that (of course we compensate him for this). all in all had a great week in this beautiful and spacious house in Kos. Thanks!!

A very spacious apartment a stone’s throw from the beaches and the amenities of Kos town. Antonia and her mum have been very kind and helpful.

Manos and his family were very helpful and kind with us. They provided everything we needed for our stay and were always available and helpful. The apartment looks exactly as pictured: it's small but perfect for two people and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The little garden was our favourite place to chill after a long day around the beaches in Kos. Thank you again Caroline, Yannis and Manos for everything you did for us!
