Charming newly renovated apartment in part of a house in the middle of Gamlestan, Norra hamnen. Here you live with proximity to swimming, restaurants and beach promenade! The accommodation consists of two apartments with separate entrances, of which this accommodation is the apartment on the upper floor. The apartment is a 2nd floor apartment of about 40 sqm that is bright and fresh with sea views from the kitchen and bedroom. Adjacent to the apartment is a smaller courtyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee. All amenities are available for a pleasant and quiet stay.

Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
