When I found this little mobile home community on Miflin Creek, I knew I'd found something special- a peaceful place to kayak,bird watch,fish, and enjoy the beauty of the creek. Today, I'm grateful to share it with my guests. Miflin Creek flows into Wolf Bay and the Gulf, yet you're only 8 minutes from OWA, close to great restaurants, and a short drive to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. Our home is directly on the beach and overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy solitude on the beach while only a short drive away from many amenities such as shops, restaurants, fishing, para-sailing, and the list goes on and on. The rocking chairs on the covered back porch with the ocean view are a favorite! The master bedroom has a king size bed overlooking the Gulf, with 4 bunks in the middle bedroom and a king in the street-side bedroom.

Welcome to Tide Down! This charming cottage offers lagoon access, a 5–10 min paved walk to the beach, plus 2 bikes and 3 kayaks. Sleeps up to 10 with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, bunk beds, queens, and a sleeper sofa. Pet-friendly (max 2). Washer/dryer included. Starter supplies provided. Contactless check-in. Guests must be 22+, some exceptions can be made with $500 deposit, fully refundable pending no damages. Snowbird discounts available.

Comfortable townhome steps from the beach! Public access is directly across the street giving an unobstructed view of the Gulf from the top balcony and takes just 3 minutes to walk over to our beautiful white sandy beach . Each bedroom features a full bath giving privacy amongst your group. Centrally located so you can walk to many restaurants, bars and shopping! The home is right in the middle of Hangout Festival and Shrimp Fest!

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
