Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gulf of Thailand

Great house! Spacious, gym is ok, cinema is nice, amazing view, bbq by the pool was great, pool is the best part! Bedrooms upstairs have a great view from the balcony! Staff really friendly.

The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

Мы ездили в Сатун по делам и остались на одну ночь в этом замечательном доме. Хозяин очень быстро ответил нам на нашу заявку по бронированию, а когда мы подъехали к дому, он нас сразу же встретил и заселил в дом. Сам дом очень вместительный, аккуратный и чистый, а само место очень тихое и спокойное. Вокруг горы и живописная природа. Большое спасибо хозяину и отдельное спасибо женщине-повару, которая накормила нас очень вкусным завтраком. Если будем в Сатуне еще раз, обязательно заселимся именно сюда!

5 stars for the service from Xuan and Kim!! Communication was excellent! The place is beautiful and clean! Each room had their own bathroom! It was convenient to have an elevator so that we didn’t have to carry our big suitcases up. It was my children’s birthdays during our stay and Kim helped me order & arrange delivery of the cakes which turned out fantastic (Kuromi and Pokemon themed) The pool was very nice too! No beach towels so we asked for more white towels. The Location is definitely less busy and very beautiful! The grounds are kept clean and maintained. The only downside is there are not many restaurants. There is a small night market but the food is not good. Grab rides are more expensive going into the city. We were a family of 14 and enjoyed our stay!

I had an amazing stay at Tatian’s villa in Haad Salad! The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised with an early check-in, which was much appreciated after a long journey. Tatian made everything hassle-free, and her responsiveness throughout my stay was top-notch. The villa itself is just like the pictures – a beautiful, clean space with stunning views from the balcony, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location in Haad Salad is fantastic, offering a peaceful environment while being close to everything you need. Renting a motorbike was easy too. I rented mine at Tamarind Bike Rental, which offered great prices and delivered the bike directly to the villa, making it super convenient to get around. The checkout process was just as easy as the check-in, and Tatian was very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable, well-located villa with a responsive and friendly host. Would definitely book again!

Mickey is an excellent host. I actually stayed in 2 of her properties while waiting for my permanent residency at the Base to be completed. She always accommodated my request from early check-in to extensions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Base is in the center of everything and very walkable. Restaurants, malls, shopping, bars, and beach are all around. You can’t beat the location. Highly recommended.

Très bel appartement. il se trouve dans un quartier chinois ( je crois ) qui a beaucoup d'avantages ( bien moins cher que le reste de Phnom Penh sur les produits français). la vue est géniale. le tout est au dessus d'un centre commercial. je recommande. l'hôte a été amical et proactif. 🙏😉

床多，房间干净整洁。并且对面就是坐船的站点，去哪里都非常方便。下次来还住这里。

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa. Die Kommunikation und Organisation waren herausragend! Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war exakt wie auf den Bildern, inklusive des wunderschönen Ausblicks. Auf der Insel gab es an einem Tag einen Stromausfall, sodass wir für mehrere Stunden kein Wasser hatten - als Entschädigung wurden uns mehrere Transfers nicht in Rechnung gestellt, sehr aufmerksam und nicht selbstverständlich. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft hat mir sehr gefallen, wer eine sehr ruhige Unterkunft in mitten von Pflanzen sucht ist hier genau richtig. Danke für die tollen Aufenthalt Alexander.

房子很好，和图片一模一样，泳池很大很干净，唯一可惜的是没有沙滩。晚上在礁石边可以抓海鲜。房子每天都有管家和园丁来打扫，十分认真。房子位置稍稍的偏远了一点点，去大超市需要开车，坐落在渔村，空气里的海鲜味有点重。房东特别负责有耐心，24小时在线随时回答问题，帮我租摩托车，安排车辆去超市。

A great place for family and friends travelling together, spacious room. Kai is very helpful for providing information upon request. We had a wonderful time in Pattaya.

Beng was super friendly and welcoming. He made sure we had water to stay hydrated and showed us around the house when we arrived. It was clean and a really quiet and peaceful area. All rooms have AC besides the living room but it didn’t bother us since we had fans and we spent most of the time outside anyways. I would definitely book with Beng again!

I’m so glad I found your place and got to visit Phare Ponleu Selpak, even if we couldn’t stay for the circus festival! Thank you for the lunch next door with all the circus staff too.

Our large family had a great time! The location was easy to find and the description matched the house. We opted to rent the villa instead of a hotel so that we can enjoy the communal space and it did not disappoint. Our group had a lot of kids so being able to pick up food and enjoy it in the comfort of the home versus chasing them around a restaurant was ideal. The pool was a major hit for the kids as well; they did not want to leave.
