Vacation rentals with beach access in Gulf of Thailand

Had about 10 days here. Great comms from owner before, during and after. Super condo. Not in the busy area which I liked. Amazing pool. Lovely balcony. Maybe would be nice to have some balcony furniture? Great eating places. V safe. I will certainly be back. Looking to retire here and a condo like this would be perfect for my needs. Fantastic place! Hosts super helpful and friendly.

Really lovely location, the views of the beach and landmarks were amazing. The staff at the apartment block were really helpful abd friendly. Lucksamon was very responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome.

This apartment in Koh Samui is perfect for a short stay! It's conveniently located close to the airport while still being part of a vibrant neighborhood full of amenities. Situated above a restaurant, it has its own unique charm and offers a lovely view of the jetty. I loved walking downstairs to grab fresh flowers and coffee with pastries for breakfast. Sitting outside on the patio, watching the planes arrive, was a highlight of my mornings. While it can get a bit noisy with the planes and street activity, this adds to the lively energy of the neighborhood, keeping you close to town and activities. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary essentials for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a great spot for those looking to enjoy Koh Samui’s vibrant atmosphere!

Looks exactly like the pictures. It was just not clear to me that the air conditioning is right across from the bed. Or adjust the wing so that you are not blown off. Bed super comfortable! 50m pool .. great for swimming lengths. Had the pool mostly to myself. Fitness room OK...but minimalist. ... also super clean...the common areas as well. All in all, great. Thanadol is super accessible.

Philippe's apartment is on the upper floor of his restaurant (where they make great sandwiches with fresh bread, which I highly recommend). Clean and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Very close to the center and nightlife with restaurants and shops, quiet, clean and with air conditioning, working wifi. Easy to get around the island via car ride or scooter app. Philippe is very kind and helpful, he also speaks Italian.

We had a fantastic time at Kim's. The small cottage is located right on the beach and is very cozy. We were very warmly welcomed by Kim and her husband, taxis were also organized for us. We will be happy to come back! Thanks, Kim! ;)

We had a wonderful stay at this pet-friendly house! The facilities were fantastic, and we truly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the space. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Plus, the local markets were only a 3-5 km drive away, making it easy to pick up supplies. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with their furry friend with group of 10 peoples!

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. Thank you!

The space was simply adorable🤩!! Very great flair, just to feel good. Great restaurants can be reached directly by a short walk across the beach!! We will be back !!

Josh was an exceptional host. He was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever we encountered any issues. His thoughtfulness truly made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

The entire stay was an absolute dream from beginning to end, despite the very changeable weather! The accommodation has a very high quality of stay with an outstanding view of the sea (incl. Private beach, lounge, etc.) and many opportunities to relax. We were a little early on the day of arrival and yet Mica and his wife Sea welcomed us early and organized our pick up from the pier. The two are very warm, super accessible and always have a lot of helpful information and tips ready. Great hosts! The property is superbly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. For example, free kayaks, etc. are available and you are on the sea within 10 seconds. You can totally notice that it has been set up here with attention to detail and thus a very homely and inviting feeling comes up. The property is located directly on a small nature reserve and is rather quiet. Overall a great stay!

Good place and good service It would be better if the room have wifi because the mobile signal is low.

Sam's place is great for family. The location is super convenient. There is a night market close by and a convenient store right out front. The beach is 2-min on a golf cart. The pools are definitely the key attraction and the staffs are helpful and friendly.

Great location away from busy Pattaya, small community feel with some great restaurants nearby. Easy to get a Grab if you need to get anywhere. The apartment is huge, really comfortable and fabulous views. Really helpful host.

A very nice and clean apartment with everything you need. Big and very comfortable bed. Amazing pool with incredible views across the beach. Some excellent little food shacks on the road outside, and across the train tracks on way to 711 there are lots of stalls, some with the most delicious fresh fruit.
