The property is as described, everything is fine, promptly communication with the host, easy check in and out process. Ceiling fans in every room are a nice bonus for those who don’t like aircons.

Beautiful and affordable place. Perfect retreat for a group or a family. House was spacious and offered plenty of comfort. It also has a large outside area with the pool. Host was helpful and always responsive. Only few hundred meters from the beach, surrounded by good restaurants. Plenty of markets around with local and foreign foods and all kind of products, just 10 minute drive away.

We stayed in one of the villas as a family of four for 3 nights and really enjoyed the stay! The pools are huge and we could even use the hotel facilities. Check-in was easy, cold water was waiting in the fridge. Towels were provided which was a real blessing. The area is very quiet and relaxing, good restaurants can be found nearby easily. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We even found some books to read which made us feel at home. We really recommend that place!!!

Sam was able to accommodate us last minute because my previous host caused me too much stress for not fully declaring her listing. This caused us to leave in the middle of the night with the help of Airbnb support. I am thankful that Sam's place was available and it made my stay in Phnom Penh worthwhile. He allowed us to check in early and he made us feel at home. The unit is located on the 4th floor and he specifically said that in his listing. First few days were tiring but maybe our bodies were able to eventually adjust. This was not a major issue for us but consider this if you have loved ones with limited mobility. The place is also located near the Russian Market and nice restaurants that is why I love this place. Just one suggestion: Please check the AC in the bedroom since it is not that cold. While I understand that the room faces the east, maybe the filter needs to be cleaned so it can be at its best. Thanks, Sam!

Cristina is a very good host — one of the best I’ve had in Siem Reap. Her home is really clean and well-functioning. All the amenities are great, and it’s quite a nice place to spend a week or two. Hug Home Hatyai definitely deserves a five-star! Lots of communication leading to the stay, from directions, check-in instruction and the icing on the cake - local recommendations to go for eatz and attraction! The place was spacious, clean and amenities were well-kept and well maintained. I appreciate the fact that the host prepared snacks and drinkable water (chilled) for us when we arrived. The toilets were clean and the bed linen and towels were soft. It felt like home. The large screen TV in the living room was awesome and the internet speed was fast (which was not always the case in other places I stayed in). The host left some board games around too. The place is nestled away from the town centre (but not too far in my view) so it is quiet and less crowded. However, there’s plenty to explore with the street stalls and shops for food and merchandise. Some 5-star food stores are within walkable distance like Jok Songkhla and Pla Thom Kai. Highly Recommended for stay!

This place was absolutely perfect! It’s a beautifully renovated townhouse with a very charming interior design. Everything was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully arranged. We felt right at home and really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the space. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and unique stay!

We had a wonderful time in this house. The host was very nice and always helpful. We would recommend to rent a scooter to explore the island. The area felt very safe to stay with the family. The pool is a dream! We had a problem with the lock but it was solved very quickly. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for us as close to the beach and sea which was beautiful. Pretty surroundings and we loved eating at hug Samui a little walk along the beach. Quiet area which we wanted. The apartment was great, clean and comfortable. The steps going up could be slippery when wet so we were careful. We loved the outside lounge area and the little private pool was much bigger then I thought and we loved it. We did not meet Roberto personally but were looked after by other representatives. Very happy with our stay here.

Cheap and good for the price of the accommodation. There are 4 bedrooms, suitable for large groups. Close to many attractions. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay again.

There was a filter in the sink water, so I was able to use the water cleanly. 3. The neighborhood is quiet and it's not uncomfortable to use it quietly at night. 4. It is convenient to go to the downtown area by car. 5. It is convenient because there are restaurants and convenience facilities around the accommodation. 5. Total Reviews The host was very friendly and The accommodation was cleaner and better maintained than the first one. I will definitely use the accommodation for my next trip, and I have cleaned the accommodation with gratitude. I hope that the next guests will use the accommodation cleanly to keep it clean. I was so happy using a good trip and a good accommodation.
