Monthly Rentals in Gujeong-myeon

The accommodation was tidy and inexpensive, so it was good to stay! Both the bus terminal and the train station were close. The city buses were all nearby, so I had a comfortable stay without a car. The bathroom is old, but it's clean and simple, so it's good to use.(In winter, there is cold air, so I recommend closing the door) The owner and couple were very kind and responded very quickly, so there were no problems with communication at all. I had a good trip because they allowed me to store my luggage as well. When I travel for a long time, I'm going to use this accommodation in the future.☺️

20 minutes walk to Gangmun Beach? Sundubu Village is 10 minutes long. There are many restaurants nearby and there are quite a few deliveries. The location is really a scam. They sell sashimi at a small mart right in front of the convenience store, and all the restaurants are within 10 minutes.. It's also a minute away, and the accommodation itself was really nice. It's not an apartment these days, but it was a cozy place to rest really comfortably. I think the price is too reasonable even for consecutive nights. I had a good stay❤️

The cat was cute and the neighborhood was so peaceful!! The host also picked me up and dropped me off, so I was able to go around comfortably! The room was so cozy and it was nice to take a walk around. From the afternoon, the sky opened and I saw it all the way to the stars at night!

We have stayed at Yeris house for the last 6 weeks and will be staying for longer as we really like it. We have 2 adults and 3 kids under 9yrs old in our family and the apartment has been plenty of space. It feels nice and modern. The apartment is bigger than photos suggest. Nice area of Gangneung to be in. 3min walk to walkway that leads you to beach in 1 direction (3.8km), downtown area and markets in other direction (maybe 1.5km), 5 min walk to a bmx pump track, 2mins walk to buses that go to beach or downtown. It has great aircon in the lounge and in the bigger room and a fan in the other. Its mostly a commercial building so kids can be noisy in evenings or weekends and it doesn’t matter. Has washing machine and most facilities needed to live comfortably for a while. I would recommend!
