Awesome location with no people. Very isolated which was awesome. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom and living area. We have already booked our return trip. It is an Eden experience. Love the place and will be back soon.

Absolutely divine stay at house of waves. The van is the furthest on the property so you enjoy immense privacy, and your own beach access which is nice for swimming naked under the stars! The waves crashing are the most present noise that you can very occasionally hear traffic. The Van had everything I needed, was cool to sleep with the AC. The kitchen was adequate. With garza growing you can really get everything you need walking from here. I did have a motorcycle and an electric bike at various points which allows access to Giones. Highly recommend for a quiet retreat in nature. The shala has yoga mats and AC is is a great place to rest also!

What a beautiful spot! We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of our Costa Rica trip and what a beautiful way to end it. The house is great. The AC in the rooms cooled it off nicely and the pool was perfect. We loved how accessible everything was from this place including the beach and restaurants. Samara is a beautiful little laid back town and this place fits right in. The host was so sweet and very responsive with any questions we had. Easy 5 star and would recommend CasaBea’s to everyone! We had a fantastic time. This was our second trip to Nosara and this property was just fantastic. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and the host was amazingly responsive. We are actually already looking at booking for next year. This is indeed a top rated property.

Location. Location. Location. This place is right on the beach with an elevated ‘treehouse’ stay that smartly uses the space on the ground floor as an area to eat, cook, wash dishes, lounge and enjoy being by the beach. We stayed for 7 nights with a toddler and infant. Would definitely stay here again. Staff are friendly and Luis was particularly helpful and engaging. Breakfast is included. The fruit is fresh and juicy. Breakfast overall was good, however, the experience could be improved by adding a traditional Costa Rican breakfast at least every other day. Having a mosquito net installed above the futon in the living room is a quick fix and needed. Luckily we brought a mosquito net which Luis helped install. As noted in another review there is only one futon not two. Our 3 year old enjoyed using the pool. Looking forward to coming back to Samara.

Excellent. We had a lovely stay at Hans's, who is very responsive with Daniela and always offers to help you. The house is as pictured, a beach house ON Sámara beach, so ideally located, with a convenience store opposite, Sámara's fishmonger is a block away and a beach restaurant 50 m away. And the sound of the waves to fall asleep, we'll be back for sure. Thanks so much Hans & Daniela!

Will definitely be back! Loved the location and waking up with the monkeys in the morning. The staff was incredibly helpful. Got us an ATV right away, organized our shuttle for us and were very quick to respond. Place was spotless and can’t wait to be back.

One of the best experiences I've had with air b&b! Michael ensured everything went smoothly while we were there. He was flexible with checking in and provided clear instructions with finding the place, parking, and security. It was in a safe area with a lot of walkable restaurants and shops, as well as a semi private beach entrance. Below the air b&b was a restaurant - the food AND the staff were amazing! It was truly a gem and I am so grateful to have stayed here! 10/10 recommend!

Rodman and Johannah make it easy to want to come back. We have now stayed in all the villas. Maybe next time we’ll try the main house. Samara is a town where the best places and things to do are spread out. Villas Espavel is walking distance to the highlights, on both ends of the beach. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house is amazing and had plenty of space for our family. The location is perfect as it allowed us to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We loved the layout and having the pool to cool off as well as the air conditioned rooms. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great spot on the playa pelada side of nosara. Hosts were very helpful in recommending activities and arranging for necessities during our visit. House had the basics and we had a great time in the pool after long days at the beach. Families with younger kids should be aware the primary bedroom is in a separate structure from the other rooms and kids have to go up and down stairs past a pool to get there. Worked out great for us but just a note!

Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and to town. Great shared pool area with very friendly residents within the condo complex. Definitely recommend staying here for a quiet and relaxing Costa Rica vacation.

Beautiful home just minutes from Samara and the beach. The pool was great for late afternoon and evenings with good shade! would definitely consider going back!

Tabata is a great host. She was very responsive. The house was great. Very comfortable beds. We loved the pool and hanging, pool-side bed and hammocks. The house was great for us but the driveway is quite rough (need a high-clearance car) and the walk to the beach and restaurants is considerable, especially for anyone with mobility issues. We would stay here again!

Wonderful Condo. Hosts are very kind and understanding and the location is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway. being able to walk to the beach very quickly is a huge plus.

This place is awesome! Nice little deck with chairs for chilling out, good kitchen - easy to use & well-supplied. Good towels, comfy beds and the AC cools the room down super quickly. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS property with a safe and easy walk through the jungle to Guiones Beach and great surfing. Ten out of ten !!

Located right in front of the water at Playa Garza. Incredible view as soon as you step outside with beautiful nature surrounding the area. It was a short, 10 minute, drive from Nosara and Playa Guiones if you want to surf or go to some restaurants. Lotus and Kike were very helpful throughout our entire stay, always responding quickly to anything we needed. I also highly recommend breakfast at “Soda Playa Garza” right next door- affordable delicious food

The host of this place is a super host he can certainly be your tour guide with all the cool recommendations. I was impressed how quickly he responded to all my questions and more. He went out of his way to be extra helpful for us. we learned so much about ourselves and nature with the little time we had at this tiny home. We had an amazing experience getting intimate with the ocean and jungle with the safety that the tiny home provided. we certainly recommend this experience.

The hosts live within the same compound (different home), but were extremely friendly and helpful. Truly enjoyed meeting them, along with a great stay.

Just a quick walk to a beautiful beach, restaurants, farmers market and shopping. If you are planning on sticking to Samara you don’t need a car from this location. The beach is perfect for little kids to get acclimated to the ocean

Our group of 12 had a fantastic stay at Jungle House. We loved the set up, the teenagers all slept in the casita and the parents in the main house. Rooms were clean and had plenty of space. We loved the open air common area, with plenty of seating for meals and congregating, and the pool table offering lots of entertainment in our downtime. The pool was secluded and so relaxing. The Jungle House is exactly as described…it’s not a modern, fancy place, but rather a jungle oasis nestled in the trees surrounded by wildlife. Marta and Evelio were beyond fantastic and treated us daily to the most incredible Costa Rican fare. Their hospitality really made our stay extra special. The location is perfection…steps from the beach and easy walk into town. For the surfers it had a great board locker to securely hold tons of boards. We felt safe and secure during our stay within the gated property. Highly recommend for large groups looking for an amazing and authentic vacation in Nosara.

Our stay in Nosara was absolutely perfect! The property is stunning, with gorgeous common areas that make it easy to relax and soak in the tropical vibes. The path to the beach is incredible—just a short walk through beautiful nature, where we spotted amazing wildlife along the way. The location couldn’t be better—so close to the beach, yet also just a short walking distance from great restaurants and shops. We loved biking through the maritime forest, exploring the area, and taking in the natural beauty all around. The pool is one of the best we’ve experienced, thoughtfully set up for a seamless transition from the beach. Beyond the incredible setting, our stay was comfortable, safe, and truly rejuvenating. It warmed our bones and our hearts, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this special place!
