Cottage vacation rentals in Guilford Lake

My husband and I loved Sunnys place. Out of all the Airbnbs we have stayed this was definitely at the very top. It was clean and cozy. The backyard is beautiful and peaceful. We felt right at home as soon as we settled in. I love how the house was decorated. Sunny responded as soon as we gave her a call. Awesome with communication.

The lake house and the view was breathtaking. The pictures and descriptions of the property were exactly as depicted. From the moment we arrived, our host Stephen could not have been more accommodating. Stephen ensured our every need was met and was happy to assist us. He is truly the most genuine host we have ever stayed with. We will definitely return to Stephen’s little slice of heaven for another relaxing vacation. Lori and Jim from Pittsburgh PA.

Great place to stay, very quiet and peaceful. Bedding was much better than most AirBnb’s we’ve been to. That was a HUGE plus. Loved the AC In every room and fully stocked kitchen. Loved that they provided snacks. The rainfall shower was a nice touch!

The place was very clean. The location and view were beautiful, the deck was our favorite part. The Host, David, was very accommodating and helpful.

We traveled with 5 for a long weekend of triathlon racing in Pittsburgh. It was the perfect place to be close enough to the hosting park but far enough away to relax. Sean and Stacy have a lovely home that shows a lot of attention and care go into hosting their guests. You just get a feel from the beginning that they are appreciative of the booking and do their best to make the stay welcoming and comfortable. The pool was a family fun spot to hang during the stay. The weather was hot during the time we were there and it was really refreshing. The rooms were so comfortable and we were able to get great sleep. The kitchen amenities are well thought out and we didn’t want for anything more than we had. The location allowed for privacy and peace. We saw wildlife that we haven’t seen for years (a bluejay and a wild turkey, along with several families of deer and flocks of cardinals. It’s a really special place and, should we come back to the area, we all agree we’d like to stay there again!

Mary was very kind and professional. The house was clean and just as described in the listing. This is not a negative review, just something to consider- out of 4 of us, only one person had service. There is no WiFi as listed (which is the point of this Airbnb!! It was nice to disconnect), however, something to keep in mind! Would highly recommend staying at this property. We enjoyed our stay!

What a wonderful gem. In town for a trial with a friend & our dogs. Cyndi & Marks place can’t be beat! Peaceful. Clean. Very comfortable (particularly the beds!). Lots of extras. Our pups thoroughly enjoyed too! Will definitely book again next time in the area!

The place was amazing! Plenty of space for my large family of 9 and my dog! The golf cart was awesome, my little niece and nephew loved going on rides! We rented a boat for the afternoon one day and had a fantastic day! And they’re pet friendly! The little beach down the street was nice! Plenty of chairs already down there! We had a fantastic family vacation! Will be back again! Thank you!

I if a cozy cabin on the lake is what you are looking for, this is your spot! It was so peaceful sitting outside with a morning coffee looking at the view. We were there in the autumn, prime time for fall colors. It was breathtaking. We would stay again.

This is a great getaway location! Marcy did an excellent job communicating. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed having a fire, going for walks, and getting out on the canoe. Thank you Marcy!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a short getaway. Easy drive to restaurants and national park, and nice clean amenities to relax in the evening. Evan was responsive to questions as they arose. Had no issues while there.

We were in the area for a wedding and John’s place was the perfect place to relax. It’s charming and cozy and we loved being able to get out on the water. Leesville Lake really is a hidden gem. It’s the perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

Sean and Michelle were absolutely wonderful! This is my second time coming to their cottage and it is always a pleasure to stay with them. They are so communicative, kind and attentive to all our needs. We hope to come back soon for a third time since we had a cozy and beautiful time!
