Monthly Rentals in Guilford County

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of four! The place was incredibly spacious, clean, and cozy—it really had everything we needed and more. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it comfortable and accommodating for guests, even for those with kids. The outdoor area was a great bonus—peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The host was super responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and we’d definitely love to come back!

The host is excellent , you hear upstairs if there is loud activity, it is peacful in general. I wish it was a better neighborhood although it worked out for me overall. The shower knob can be improved , the heater and a/c works great. The kitchen pots and pans can be renewed . Greatly appreciated overall.

We were looking for a nice place in a great neighborhood close to Friends Homes, where we once lived. This listing was perfect in all ways: quality, approachable and responsive owners, comfortable and accessible amenities. Loved our stay and look forward to staying there again! Thanks Jerilynn!

Wonderful host. Loved the outside patio area where we could eat breakfast and not make a mess inside. Loved how close to everything, lyft/uber quick to pickup and easy to drop off. Its tucked into a beautiful outside area, around the back, tucked into a garden. Gives you privacy from the main house and inside separated by walls.Sitting area, bathroom, and bedroom all have doors so you have privacy. Bed is so very comfortable with plenty of blankets for the cold natured wife who stole one for the den during our stay. Ha Ha. It was a perfect temperature. Hidden kitchen coffee nook inside a tall cupboard with everything you need. Loved the touches and decor. Very comfortable sitting room furniture. Very safe area with very nice neighbors. Highly recommend and will be finding her book to read.
