We are King natives that moved out of state a few years ago. We came back for a family wedding. Place is exactly as described, nothing more, nothing less. Plenty of towels/ washcloths, cookware, dishes. The area is great, close to all the restaurants in town, quiet neighborhood, and close to the best park with a huge playground and great walking path. Host was quick to respond to all communication.

I implore everyone to actually read the listing so the Chad and Karen lying dormant in them does not come out. If you’re looking for a spot that is clean, private and quiet, this would be a place to book. When I arrived, everything was cleaned and set up bare bones; allowing the guest to do whatever they please so long when they leave, it’s back in the same clean condition. The home is free of pests, everything works, and it works perfectly for me as I set up my mobile recording studio and got to work. It should also be noted that if you wish for a place providing complete privacy, where nobody’s going to bother you; this is the place that you would want to book. There were no problems with parking and delivery workers had zero issues locating the unit to drop off food. I noticed after reading reviews that a lot of people who booked this listing either don’t know how to read, or are incredibly stupid, or both. Chrystal thank you for providing what you listed! I’ll definitely be back.

Mike’s house came in clutch in a last-minute emergency situation when we were in town to visit family. Thanks for the flexibility with check-in and we will keep you in mind for any future visits as we have family in the area.

The home was great! Nice and clean. Met all of our needs. Kids were excited they got to use the pool. Was impressed we were able to park in the garage. With a large family it was nice to have all kinds of pots and pans and cooking utensils so we didn’t have to only eat out. Loved the televisions in each room. Janet was very responsive whenever we had a question. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful town house in perfect shape!! One of the cleanest airbnb’s I have stayed in!! Owner was very nice & super responsive & was very nice to allow me to check in 4 hrs before my actual check in time!! I will definitely rent this townhouse again in the future!!! Its perfect

This is a very cool 2-story warehouse apt right in the heart of the South GSO social district. I stayed here for 90 days while I transitioned to an executive role. It was very convenient for all the GSO area. Walking distance to many downtown amenities made my transition enjoyable and fun. Nabil was very responsive. Having a two-car garage, tesla charger and executive amenities made this ideal for me. Keep in mind this is urban living, you will hear the city sounds such as the trains and nightlife. I tuned it out quickly and just enjoyed grilling on the balcony and having access to a vibrant downtown area. Despite being in the downtown area, this apartment is still very private. This complex is small and tucked away yet a few hundred yards from the main street, Elm. I also enjoyed being right on the greenway loop for exercise and space.

Joy's place was exactly as the pictures show! She was very quick to respond to my questions. The kitchen was stocked with lots of small appliances, such as a crockpot, air fryer etc. She even left lots of snacks to nibble on in a basket. The kitchen was amazing I wish we had time to cook meals, but we only stayed for 3 nights and were too busy exploring the area. I loved the kitchen sink! The back patio is awesome and very private. I wish we could have used the propane fireplace more, but it was really hot and humid when we visited. Joy's place is well stocked with plenty of towels. She also has the place nicely decorated. My pup also enjoyed his stay and the comfy pillow she had! He loved being able to roam in the patio area and his quick walks in the neighborhood. We highly recommend Joy's place for your future stay!

I booked the Greensboro Charm to make my step daughters prom a special event. And Danielle more than delivered. She had amazing communication and made sure we had everything we needed for the storm that was headed our way. The place was well put together. I felt lile I eas living in a pinterest photo but i also felt itbwas welcoming enough to have also brought my younger children. My favorite part of the home was the reclining sofas. They wers so comfortable. I recommend The Greensboro Charm definitely 10/10!

We ran into a few missing items and a few issues but Betty was always quick to call after messaging her and trying to help fix issues right away. She checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed.

We had such an enjoyable weekend at Diane’s home. So clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is also fabulous!

Perfect size for family to stay for graduation!

Recently stayed with extended family for the weekend. The place was great at fitting all of us (6 adults and 5 kids!) and allowing everyone privacy, while also having plenty of large spaces for us to spend time together as a family. Close to Wet N Wild, where we spent the majority of one of our days. There are several dietary restrictions in our family, so we have to cook when we travel so everyone can safely eat, and the kitchen was excellent for prepping and serving a large meal. The pantry and fridge were spacious enough to hold everything we have to bring with us to feed a big crowd as well. Plenty of bath towels, linens were clean, and AC worked great which we appreciated during the heat we are getting right now. Would stay again!

Great hostess and they did a great job accommodating my sisters and myself and made us feel very welcome!
