location is great, close to transit and restaurants. quiet at night. We enjoyed the apartment, and felt at home.

Gianluca è stato disponibilissimo e paziente con noi, nonostante il nostro ritardo per il check-in. L’appartamento ha risposto in modo eccellente alle nostre richieste: è collocato in una traversa tranquilla, ma a pochi passi dalla strada principale in cui è possibile trovare diverse attività commerciali, dal bar alla farmacia, il tabaccaio, negozi di frutta e verdura, una banca, ristoranti vari. Sulla stessa strada c’è la fermata del bus che porta direttamente alla metro Anagnina, da cui è possibile raggiungere velocemente il centro città. L’appartamento è pulitissimo e accogliente. Camere ampie e luminose. Molto comodo il bagno con doppio lavabo e doccia grande. Con la mia famiglia ci siamo sentiti proprio come a casa. A nostra disposizione anche una macchina per il caffè con le capsule e del tè.  utilissima la presenza del microonde. 

This place was fantastic. So close to many things. We walked everywhere even with 3 kids. There were two private balconies so although it was in the middle of a bustling square it was possible to relax and rest outside. Sonia was great. She provided excellent details on how to find the place. She also offered many recommendations on places to eat. Would stay here again 100%!

Mooi schoon appartement. Goed ruim bed, ruime douche. Heerlijk balkon. Keuken toegerust met thee, koffie, heerlijke koekjes en flessen water in de koelkast. Goed bereikbaar met het OV. Winkels aan de overkant van de straat. Enige wat jammer was, was dat de jacuzzi niet gevuld was. Maar we begrepen dat het slecht weer was geweest in Rome. Ik zou zo weer dit appartement boeken als ik weer in Rome ben.

Matteo was a great host. He was willing to help me out when I hadn’t arrive yet. I came late to his apartment but he waited for me patiently. I asked him several questions and he always gave a quick response. The apartment is clean and tidy. Moreover, it has a private parking space. Great apartement! Thank you again, Matteo

ons verblijf was kort, natalia heeft ons fijn opgevangen. ze kwam met goeie suggesties over hoe en wat er in de regio te doen is. de ruimte heeft een prachtig uitzicht en de woning is goed onderhouden. dit verblijf is zeker een aanrader!!

Had an amazing stay here. Really beautiful flat with all the amenities and a patio. So gorgeous. Everything is really modern and clean. Would totally recommend! Matteo was super responsive and a fantastic host. Hopefully will be back in the future!

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

Esperienza splendida! La casa di Valentino va ben oltre le aspettative. Pulita, ordinata, elegante e completa di tutto. Peccato averci passato solo una notte, torneremo sicuramente. Se volete passare dei giorni romantici di totale relax, la casa di Valentino é perfetta.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

This is such a beautiful area! We had a long weekend out of the city and it was perfect. The views are stunning, and the place comes equipped with everything you might need. Elena was responsive and helpful. A hidden gem!

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

Really nice garden flat in a great location. Walkable to the local area with loads of restaurants and bars etc but also only 30mins walk to some of the main sights of Rome. Tram stop nearby too which was really useful.

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

Tuvimos una estadía cómoda y tranquila. Todo limpio y equipado con todo lo que alguien que esta buscando como para sentirse en casa. Si bien queda a 1 hora de viaje de Roma el acceso es fácil desde la estación Termini desde donde se toma el metro para hacer todo el recorrido turístico. También hay opción de acceso en bus. Buena relación costo-beneficio. Los anfitriones muy atentos.

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Great condo in a great location. We were able to walk to all of the landmarks, most in 20 minutes or less. It also felt very safe with many great restaurants and shopping nearby. The condo is spacious and the rooms are on different floors for great privacy. Each room also has it's own terrace which was nice. Highly recommended, especially for families.

A comfortable stay outside of the downtown 12m away from the Jonio station. The place is cozy and has a good kitchen to cook etc. I definitely recommend this place just be sure to be as clean as possible due that insects from the outside may come in. Overall a good experience.

We had a brilliant stay, the place was immaculate, very clean and tidy and had everything you needed. We felt right at home. There was a bakery close by which was great to get something for breakfast and although it isn’t walking distance to the main tourist areas in Rome, with the Metro being a 5 minute walk it made it super easy. It was quite noisy at nighttime being close to the road and surrounding other apartments but we soon got used to it. Roberto & Martha were great hosts, very friendly, very responsive and gave us lots of recommendations. The best hosts we have experience since booking trips on Air B&B. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Roberto & Martha!
