Simonetta's house is very welcoming, clean and tidy. It is in a quiet area, where there is still a small shopping center and the bus stop. We had a great time at this Airbnb ☺️

Outstanding villa that will take you back in time and a beautiful walking path that will clear your mind from a busy city life. You will enjoy the stars on a clear night, witness beautiful sunsets and appreciate the sounds of nature. Luda and her family were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations to supermarkets, restaurants and nearby attractions. It was an amazing experience and if your planning to visit Italy and staying outside of Rome, we highly recommend Casal Romito!

Great, quiet spot. In a funny spot between a major road (which you cannot hear) and the ancient aqueduct so you need to walk 5-10 mins for public transport or busy commercial area, otherwise great accomodation!

The Lila villa is simply one of the most beautiful place I had the pleasure to visit. Luigino is a great host and I couldn’t recommend enough to stay at his place. A very peaceful place despite the proximity to the airport, you can hear very little of the planes. Ideal house for a stay and discovering Rome just 30 minutes by car. Small touches on arrival that are very pleasant

We loved our stay here! The location was walkable to the Vatican, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. Our flight arrived at 6:30, and we were able to check in at 10am which was very helpful. He also arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, and the driver was so kind to drop us off at a coffee shop around the corner from the airbnb, where we could wait until 10am when we checked in. The little patio was a nice bonus to relax after a long day in the city. We had everything we needed for 5 adults. Highly recommend!

David couldn’t have been a better host, being very friendly and offering extra services that mad our stay comfortable. the place was very large, very clean and had everything you need. The Added touches give the place so much charm and we wish we stayed longer.

Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, making themselves very helpful right away. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both humans and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. I will gladly return to stay at Villa Bovari!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

Excellent stay at Alessandro's, I give it 5 stars because I can't put more! We loved the apartment, veranda and garden. The apartment is modern and comes with all the amenities, it feels like home. Good communication with Alessandro who was accommodating, helpful and responsive. The instructions given for self access to the apartment were clear and easy. We feel safe there because the apartment is in a gated and quiet residence. There is a car park across the street and good restaurants nearby. The place is a small haven of peace close to the center of Rome. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back!

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing stay at the villa with the family, didn’t want to leave. 2 adults 4 kids. Had everything we needed and more. Lovely quiet area, close to shop, beach and bars. 1hr to Rome via bus and train. (Get the right bus tickets) Bus to and from airport was super easy and only cost €1.50 each Simonetta was great with communication, couldn’t have asked for more.

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

Silvia and her parents was really nice to us - and we got a Selfmade cake from a real Italien grandmother! we were rly sad about the short time (2 days) in poli, because there is so much to see. We loved every thoughtful detail provided by delightful AnnaMaria and Domenico, the fresh flowers on the table to greet us, the wisteria in our (private!) pergola, the lovingly tended garden, the visit to Domenico's amazing wooden sculptures, the generous food provisions - including their own fresh eggs - the total peace and quiet, the hill views from inside and outside the house. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, practical, very clean. Top condominium, everything perfect! Full kitchen, with many breakfast items. Private parking, with security. The host Andrea is very kind and attentive. We can recommend this space with great conviction! Grazie per tutti!!!

One adjective......wonderful, a house truly stocked with every accessory, clean, tastefully furnished and very welcoming. The location is really strategic for those who want to visit Rome and surroundings, we were guests of Alessandra for 3 days, we prefer to move on foot so when the car is parked in the reserved place in front of the house we used the metro not far away. On the main street you can find all the services, supermarkets, pharmacy, bar, pizzeria, etc., also reachable on foot for those who do not have the car, of course considering the right distances. Host Alessandra is always available for every need. In conclusion......really a great accommodation solution.

we had a lot of problems with public transportation. To get from Rome to the house you have to take the subway, transfer and then take a bus to get to the house and those buses only work until 10 pm. One day we arrived without knowing this information on the last subway and we were left not knowing what to do there outside the subway at 11.30 PM. There was no one. We walked to see if we could find a taxi or Uber and nothing. Everyone canceled the service. No one to ask. A man from a restaurant did us the favor of taking us and leaving us nearby because it is 3 km on foot and it is going up a hill. At night it's complicated and worrisome. If you have to leave after 10 pm, from the airport only Uber or taxi and it's very expensive because it's on the outskirts of the city of Rome. At night there is bus transport to get to the subway until 9.30 pm. And the subway is only until 11.00 PM. The last route doesn't run every hour as the host told us, and if the subway closes for any reason, you have to ask for an Uber
