Monthly Rentals in Guidonia

We really enjoyed our 4-day stay in this apartment. It was on a farm, so it was very peaceful and quiet with lots of free parking. Alessia met us at the apartment. She provided a thorough tour of the apartment and gave us lots of tips for places to see and eat. She was always responsive to any questions that we had. The apartment was very clean and spacious with all of the amenities needed for a short or long stay. The washing machine was very useful and worked great. Highly recommended.

Fabio's communication was very good.. he constantly asked if there was anything he could help with and explained all the details to us in person. In an effort to be absolutely perfect

thanks to Alyssa's stay I was able to find a home for myself and my puppy for a night when I really felt at home. Cleanliness and excellent directions, she is sweet and attentive, safe apartment, in front of the police barracks, quiet area, the nice and relaxing shower and relaxing spaces like the super comfortable bed. Highly recommend
