Our charming house is located in the peaceful countryside of Guipry-Messac 4.4 km from the city center in department 35 in Brittany, our house is the perfect base for exploring the area. Only 7 km from the car village of Lohéac, 30 km from the Rennes exhibition center in Bruz, and 35 km from the city of Rennes, you will have easy access to local attractions. The Breton coast is only an hour and a half away, and the Vilaine towpath is 3 km away.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Located in a small village where you can enjoy the setting and tranquility of the countryside. We can accommodate riders with their horses. Grass plots with hay and water at will are available. Recently restored character house in a quiet little village by the state forest with free access. The cottage is located less than three kilometers from the site of Merlin, the Fountain of Youth and the Château de Comper. Many other sites within twenty minutes. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, in the heart of the Brocéliande Forest. Beds will be made on arrival! Bath towels provided.

We are happy to welcome you to the heart of Brocéliande in the house of "Savker" located on a private property of 4 hectares among horses. Ideal place to enjoy Brocéliande and its legends, we are located 5 km from Tréhorenteuc and 13 km from Paimpont. Many activities will be offered: Concet walks, many marked hikes, local farmers' markets, etc. Come and discover our beautiful Brittany.
