Je recommande cette location, la maison et le jardin sont top! Nous avons profité du barbecue et du jacuzzi. Nous étions 7 adultes et 1 bébé et avons passé un super séjour ! Clémentine était très accueillante et les échanges faciles!

Reynald is a charming host, whose house was ideal for our extended family of 3 generations. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed, and there were lots of different areas for us to use and not to be on top of one another. The garden and pool area were lovely. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn’t very good for the first week of our 2 week stay, with a lot of wind and rain, so we were not able to use the outdoor facilities as much as we would have liked. Reynald was very good at checking that everything was ok, and suggesting places that we could visit. We were a little disappointed that most of the shops and places to eat in Roézé-sur-Sarthe were closed, so we had to use the car every time we needed something, rather than being able to walk, for example, to get the bread and croissants for breakfast.

Excellent séjour, au calme ! La piscine est petite mais très agréable, la vue sur le lac est idyllique. La maison est propre et fonctionnelle. Attention les deux chambres se succèdent, il faut donc passer par l’une pour arriver à l’autre. Et enfin, il manquait peut-être un peu de vaisselle (juste une petite poêle par exemple) mais au global c’était un magnifique séjour !

Eric was a great host. The house was perfect in a quiet location. The outside space was the highlight. There isn’t too much about within walking distance but Le Mans is within easy driving distance. It worked perfectly as a base for the 24 hour race. Hope we can stay here again

Our stay at Villa Victoria was for the 24hr Le Mans. We have been visiting this region for 20 years plus and have never found a place as good as this. Arlette was the most amazing host and so helpful when one of our party fell ill, for a couple of days, nothing was too much bother. The Villa was extremely well appointed with the looks of traditional French decor rooms were large and spotless all the group slept well and were very comfortable. Plenty of space to relax and beautiful manicured gardens. The village and the shops were amazing and people so friendly. We will definitely be returning if Arlette will have us.

We loved our time at the well restored old cottage. Beautiful and peaceful location with the charm of the working farm and the friendliness of the people and lovely dogs. Would definitely stay again !

Logement impeccable situé au bout d'un chemin en pleine verdure . l'environnement est propice au repos et a la détente . Benoît est très disponible. Cela correspondait à nos attentes . nous avons passé un très agréable weekend !

Très bon accueil de Jacky. Arrangeant pour les horaires. Lieu très calme, c'est une volière à ciel ouvert. La région est très belle. Beaucoup de chemins pour se balader en famille. Le village de Sainte Suzanne est magnifique et plusieurs activités autour. Super week-end, on reviendra avec plaisir.

Great communication from Pascal and Martine. Property is set in a lovely part of the country close enough to Teloche and Le Mans for shops etc but far enough away that there is no disturbances. Sitting outside in the evening with the birds tweeting away was very relaxing. Property had all the appliances you need for your stay. Will definitely stay again. Thank You John

c'est la deuxième fois que nous allons chez Gérard. C'est un endroit tranquille et parfait pour passer du temps en famille ou entres amis. Merci Gérard d'avoir mis le café, thé et l'huile à notre disposition. Il y avait également une bouteille de vin rosé en cadeau d'accueil. Les vélos étaient très utiles. Nous avons bien profité de terrain de pétanque, babyfoot, billard et ping-pong. Un grand merci pour votre accueil Josiane. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans ce véritable havre de paix ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par la beauté et la tranquillité des lieux. Les enfants se sont tout de suite sentis à l'aise grâce aux nombreuses activités proposées. Chaque journée était une nouvelle aventure, remplie de découvertes et de rires. Les hôtes étaient incroyablement accueillants et attentifs, veillant à ce que chacun passe des moments inoubliables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les espaces verts et les coins détente qui permettaient aux parents de se relaxer pendant que les enfants s'amusaient en toute sécurité. Nos 2 golden retrievers ont eu l’impression d’être à Disneyland dans ce cadre enchanteur avec en plus 2 anges gardiens, Paul et Lesley, pour les chouchouter pendant nos absences Ce séjour a été une véritable bouffée d'air frais, et nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux. Nous recommandons chaudement ce lieu à toutes les familles!

Our family of 7 enjoyed Anne's chateau so much. It's updated to have every modern comfort but offers loads of opportunities to feel immersed in the past. Anne is a gracious and helpful host, offering welcome gifts and local recommendations. Their family has owned the chateau for three hundred years and have taken great care with it. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.

Hôte très bien. Je voulais de la tranquillité et du calme, ajouté à ça la piscine et c'était impeccable. Moi et mes enfants avons été très contents.

We all had a wonderful stay at this charming and well equipped farmhouse with swimming pool. The farmhouse was very clean, spacious and well maintained. The outdoor space was equally impressive. Mark, the host, was very welcoming and helpful.

Le logement proposé par Valerie est fidèle a la description, tres propre et vraiment très tres bien équipé. Valerie est tres arrangeante, disponible et de bon conseil. Malgre le temps un peu capricieux, nous avons quand même pu profité de la grande piscine qui est chauffée. Nous y avons passé un excellent week-end de 3 jours ou nous visitions le zoo de la Flèche qui nest qu'à 30 minutes du gite. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir mais attentions au radar entre le gite et le zoo 🤪 !!! Il nous a eus 😬
