Accommodation is clean, in the countryside, quiet. The host is available for any questions. Coffee on arrival, towels, nothing missing!

The house is extremely well located, peaceful and close to the Le Mans circuit. Perfect for a Grand Prix or 24-hour weekend. It takes ten to fifteen minutes to get there. The house is well appointed and equipped. The veranda is perfect for spending well-deserved restful evenings after a day of touring. Catherine is a very accommodating and friendly host. The "special" weekend price of the tour is high, like all accommodation in the area, because there are many requests. But the location close to the circuit is a big advantage. On a "normal" weekend the location and accommodation are to be remembered for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to Catherine.

We stopped one night at Karim's for the 24h trucks. He was flexible on our arrival time and always responsive to messages. Accommodation according to description and photos. Breakfast was the little plus of the stay that makes me happy:) I recommend it!

Very good stay at Julie and Alwyn's. They were very available and attentive to our needs while remaining very discreet. The cottage is very functional, clean, well-equipped. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The location is very relaxing with a very nice environment. Our daughters loved feeding the sheep. We were able to enjoy the outdoors for an aperitif. Great!

Cedric is a welcoming host who leaves a lot of autonomy for his visitors. The house is so clean and tidy. It is ideally located less than a quarter of an hour from Le Mans in a very quiet area.

Second year we've come to stay here. Just like last year, this stay was perfect. Patrick is a great host, always available and very helpful. Breakfast is offered with a wide choice that suits all tastes. The bed linen, bathroom and the whole room in general is impeccably clean. You can book without a second thought, your stay will be a success.

Bérengère and her husband are very nice and were very welcoming. The room is exactly as described, and the location is ideal for discovering Le Mans. We would highly recommend it.

Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

My son, father and I stayed for the LeMans 24hr event for 6 nights and our stay was amazing. We arrived a little early 30mins and Christophe arranged for his friend to check us in and was waiting for us when we arrived which was amazing. It was easy to find, very easy to get to walking from the station with our baggage. The tram stop was right out front and a grocery store 200m away. The place had everything required for our stay and the beds were very comfy. We often saw Christophe and his wife outside in three court yard with their 2 cats and it was great to chat with them. Thank you again it was a great stay! We would happily stay here again no hesitations.

The stay met our expectations, Nelly and her husband were very available, adapting their schedules to ours for breakfast: what a treat to have fresh bread and croissants in the morning!! Accommodation as advertised, nothing was missing, ideally located between the city and the circuit, perfect for events as it's close to the tram lines. A big thank you to our hosts for this welcome and their advice to make our stay perfect.

Celine was a great host. The apartment was very clean and very cozy. 100% recommended.

We have just had a fantastic stay at Elisabeths lovely home for our trip to the 24hr race. Four of us stayed and each had our own bed and room as she had kindly made up the sofa bed at our request. We were welcomed in person and made to feel at home with helpful advice. The secure parking gave us real peace of mind and we were only a short walk to the tram stop which took us directly to the race track. I would recommend it . Thx Elisabeth.

Matthieu made us so welcome and gave us details of a local restaurant open out of season on a Sunday. He was very helpful and brought us an amazing breakfast with freshly laid eggs. The accommodation was really well equipped, homely and very comfortable. Above all it was peaceful and very private.

Thank you to Ariane for hosting me and my family in their family, we feel good at their home, they are very welcoming and caring. The house has been redone and the bedroom. And as in the description of Plus, we even get breakfast in the morning in the Canadian style. Looking forward to seeing you again, and as we say, bon vent en bonne mer.

3-day stay for me. Beautiful countryside around. The farm is peaceful and the exteriors are clean and bucolic. The bedroom and bathroom are spotless and the decor is tasteful. I'll be back! For me, it's just missing a small microwave and a kettle. Too much dishes and handling to do in the kitchen area when you want to disconnect, but it was a detail that only concerns me. Thanks to Anne and her husband for hosting us. ps: the chicken and jam were delicious! (organic farm, you have to enjoy it)

The night went very well, after an excellent dinner and a very hearty and delicious breakfast the next day. All products are local and savory and sweet were on the menu for the morning feast. Very satisfied with the friendliness of Marie Jo and her friend. IMPECCABLE... thank you again. RECOMMENDED

We stopped at Patrice and Paloma's with our 3 children on the way to our vacation. We were very well received, we had the floor of the house at our disposal, i.e. 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Patrice recommended where to eat on Le Mans. We were able to visit the 24 Hours of Le Mans Museum and Old Le Mans before heading back on the road the next day after having very good breakfast. Recommended address!

We had a wonderful stay at the Chateau. Fady was a kind and generous host who communicated very well and was very flexible when we got delayed on the way back. The Chateau was beautiful and we enjoyed using the pool and garden. We also had a delicious dinner whilst staying there. Thanks so much Fady and family, we look forward to coming to stay again.
