It has an individual entrance at the back of the building and access is through stairs. Two comfortable rooms and a smaller office-type room with a full bed. Large bathroom. Comfortable remodeled kitchen. 3 balconies and a cozy terrace provide fresh air throughout the apartment, even so we have A / C in the rooms and fans in all areas.
