Newly remodeled apartment, now with power generator, located on the second level of one of the historic buildings in the town of Guayama. It has an individual entrance at the back of the building and access is through stairs. Two comfortable rooms and a smaller office-type room with a full bed. Large bathroom. Comfortable remodeled kitchen. 3 balconies and a cozy terrace provide fresh air throughout the apartment, even so we have A / C in the rooms and fans in all areas.
