Vacation rentals with beach access in Guayama

Great condo in Palmas with really nice bedrooms. Would stay here again. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had!

Agua Salada was a dream. The apartment was clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe there. The bar and restaurant attached to it was amazing! Fantastic mojitos! And the best part was the location-as oceanfront as you could get. I fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves crashing. And with it being oceanfront, it had access to a private beach. Great for swimming and lounging in the beach chair they keep in the apartment. Kenneth and Juan were both so friendly and attentive. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Place was very clean and beautiful, with everything you need for the stay. the view of the Caribbean Sea was espectacular. We were very pleased with the stay..

We are extremely grateful and very satisfied with the service provided. It really was the cozy place we were looking for to spend a great time with the family. Very clean, quiet, tidy, you can breathe peace and tranquility. Very accessible. And the host was attentive to every detail throughout the entire stay.

Good place to stay in Palmas!

Beautiful, immaculate home. The view is stunning! The surrounding area is beautiful as well. There are several restaurants and shops located on the first floor of the building which were very convenient. The owner was friendly and helpful. My family of five (two adults and three teens) felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location to the center of town. Lots of cute little restaurants and bars. 2 playgrounds within walking distance. The one in the center is more updated. Small beach area across the street but some really nice beaches about 20 minute drive. The house itself is perfect. 3 bedrooms. Nice kids room with large bunk bed. Hosts provide beach chairs. Nice accommodations!

Our week at MikaLuka was great! The location and outdoor space was amazing. The private pool was so lovely. I was disappointed that we weren’t going to be able to use it our last afternoon when I discovered that an iguana must have gotten in and used it as a toilet. However, when I reached out to let Vanessa know, she had someone there in minutes and it was cleaned up and able to be used again in under half an hour! Quite impressive and we were so thankful. Nice restaurants nearby. Recommend the sangria by the restaurant a couple doors down as well as dinner at Arcoiris and El Gallo Pinto in Guayama!

If you are looking for a tropical paradise with a stunning home, look no further! Our family of 3 loved every second of our stay here, from waking up to the sound of waves literally across the street to falling asleep to the coqui serenade on the forest behind us. We spent a lot of time after our day trips lounging on the comfortable and breezy porch and our teen had a great time in the pool, especially when it changed colors! Edna was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive, with helpful suggestions and even let us eat some of her star fruit off her tree in the yard! Wish we didn’t have to leave 🩵

Great place! Safe and beautiful super quiet even on a weekend! The house was spotless and very cozy! We enjoyed cooking inside and out! The pool was amazing, I have nothing negative to say about this place or the host! Loved it! My advice book it and trust the pictures this place is amazing!

We stayed here as a family of 4 and will absolutely plan to return! The walled garden is an obvious labor of love and a living work of art (and the kids were sooo happy to have the pool :) ). For us it was ideal to be right down the street from an epically beautiful patch of preserved land. Already missing that place! Liamm & Pete were welcoming and helpful and even gave us a sweet recommendation for our last day in PR after we checked out. Like I said, will happily return to this sweet home.

Our stay was beautiful! The place is perfect size for our family. Everything was clean, stocked and well prepared for us. Alfredo was great explaining directions, giving us instructions for check in and check out. He is very responsive, friendly and welcoming. We came to stay near by our family and it was perfect! Everything we needed was less than 10 mins away from us. I am very familiar with the neighborhood as I grew up there and this was absolutely perfect for us! We cannot wait to come back next time we visit our family! Thank you so much Alfredo!

The host was very accommodating. The place was clean and smelled so good. Love how they had the place set up. I did not like the local beach but her beautiful home made up for it. Top portion of the how was so relaxing and chill. The pool are is adorable love that they have a bathroom outdoors. I highly recommend this place. My only suggestion is that they invest on changing the screens some wear and tear so you get mosquitos in the house.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Casa del Mar! The place was just as described and then some. The location was perfect for our family. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk and the pool was a great extra after spending the day at the beach. Jean has everything you'll need for enjoying the beach, i.e. chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. No need to hassle over packing too much. The house is well stocked and if not Walmart is 10-15 minutes away. Thanks Jean, for making our first visit to Puerto Rico so great! We definitely will be returning.

Great location, super clean and Joe is a great host

My family and I loved our time in Puerto Rico. The Palmas Del Mar is impressive with a lot of things to do…or not do if you are looking to just relax. We enjoyed the grounds, the views, the sounds. It was all perfect and we would definitely come back!

Staying at Miguel’s home was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Miguel was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay there again!

This place is fabulous Fully equipped The grounds are immaculate and the pools pristine Sunrises and sunsets are outstanding Wonderful balcony with everything you need Extremely comfortable beds Generator for fridge is very handy as electricity not as reliable as in Canada Jewel was extremely responsive and friendly

Beautiful view, very spacious, very comfortable beds ( most beds cause me back pains but this one did not…. We are used to very soft beds.. the master bed mattress wasn’t super soft, but definitely not hard either… A good middle ground. ) Before booking I was concerned with 3 things… 1) Safety of neighborhood = We couldn’t feel any safer any where else… A very safe & secure community. Secured gates to pass through with security patrolling the community. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed evening rides after a day at the beach and never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe. 2) losing power with no back up generator = we were there for 5 nights and never lost power. 3) Keeping cool at night = 1 review mentioned the AC not going below 75… I am a hot sleeper and verified with Douglas lowering the temp is not a problem… We kept very cool and appreciated there is an additional split ac unit in the master to ensure a cool nights sleep. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning

where do I start. this condo was amazing. we had come to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday at Playa del Mar. Everyone in the family could not believe how fabulous this place was. Once I told them what I paid for 7 days they were shocked. This was very fair price rental. I had my family stay in other condos in Playa del Mar and they said our place was so much nicer and spacious then there Airbnb rentals. This place has options to be rented as 1 bedroom. Friends say they would come back and rent here do to how amazing it was. they security at gate was so nice and helpful. steps aways from the pool and hot tub there it's open til 1pm. nature sounds when on the balcony and beautiful birds to see while sitting outside in mornings on balcony with some coffee. I was happy that family really wanted to come visit our place and loved it. I had to forward this Airbnb to family and friend that were asking. Family members loved the golf course and golf cart rental to get around.
