Quick, pleasant and easy communication with Arianna., our host. We feel listened to and confident with this experienced host. Very nice place, the beach is beautiful and you can walk there for a long time. There are enough chairs and the pools are clean and very beautiful. The apartment is well furnished. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is working properly, however the bathrooms would need to be renovated. The appliances are a little worn but functional. Juan Dolio is a rather secluded site. A few small convenience stores and restaurants around but the real grocery stores are 15 minutes away by taxi and several USD $. Fridays and Saturdays nights are very noisy. Small karaoke bar across the street. Outside of these evenings, it's a very quiet place.

I had a wonderful time at Maria Cristina’s place. The view of the pool and the ocean is amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was convenient to everything in the town. Maria Cristina was quick to respond and willing to work with and accommodate us.

It is an excellent accommodation, I really loved that it has a private beach and the view from the balcony, where you can see the beach, Ricardo is also very friendly and helpful, anything you need he will definitely agree to help you. I loved everything, I'll most likely be back.

I had a pleasant experience staying at this apartment. It is located in an exclusive residential area of ​​Juan Dolio. I must highlight that everything was clean, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and full of beautiful details. The apartment is fresh, spacious, and located on the 18th floor, so no noise could be heard. The tower is beautiful, and all its social areas are clean and in good condition. Finally, I can't forget the treatment from the hostess, Tomiris. She was attentive throughout, recommending places and any services we needed. We will definitely be back... 100% recommended.

Fernando’s place was amazing! It was all we needed to relax & have fun. Fernando was very responsive. The pools and the beach were our favorite spot. The view is great! Great restaurants right across the street. Grocery shopping is great with easy delivery or walkable food stores. We felt safe; there were friendly security personnel all around. There is a restaurant on the premises which was great for pool snack. Our 7, 14, & 17 year old daughters had a blast! We now have a place to come back to when visiting Juan Dolio. Mariana was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and helped me with whatever I needed. The home was spectacular…the beauty just cannot be over stated. The complex is safe and I everyone was so nice. I would definitely stay there again!
