Absolute Paradise! This villa was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and the beautiful pool was a few steps from the backdoor patio. Mornings started with a walk to grab coffee, then either a beach day or just floating in the pool—pure perfection. Absolute Paradise! Inside, the villa was just nice—beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the living space was perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—safe, quiet, and so walkable. Great restaurants with amazing views, cute coffee shops, and convenience shops were all nearby. The beach was just a short stroll away, making every day feel effortless. Everyone was super friendly, always smiling and saying hello as we walked by. Already missing this place and can’t wait to come back!

It is a very cozy and comfortable private villa, it makes you feel at home, it is surrounded by a lot of greenery so it feels very cool. Martin and Carmen's attentions were always very diligent and attentive in anything we would need, I would definitely come back 🥰

We had the most incredible family vacation and it was all done to Nairobi and her wonderful husband’s hospitality and care. The home is incredible and more impressive in person with the most incredible outdoor private pool , waterfall feature and jacuzzi. We loved our time here and felt secure and so peaceful. the first time I went to Jose and Martina's villa was amazing but now with all the updates is even more beautiful 😍 This time I took Martina's recommendation to have Maribel help us out with the cooking and it was the best decision I ever made, she was extremely kind and helpful with all of our needs.

It is an excellent villa, a quiet place to enjoy with the family.

I highly recommend staying here. And I stress “Highly”. Understand that the area Is close to Boca Chica, between two equidistant Olé supermarkets. But if you’re not familiar with the area, you should have a car or use Uber. I did both. A ride to any ole, Boca Chica, beach is around 3 dollars, give or take. But what the stay promised, is above and beyond. Safe, quiet, all amnesties and cozy.
