Quick, pleasant and easy communication with Arianna., our host. We feel listened to and confident with this experienced host. Very nice place, the beach is beautiful and you can walk there for a long time. There are enough chairs and the pools are clean and very beautiful. The apartment is well furnished. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is working properly, however the bathrooms would need to be renovated. The appliances are a little worn but functional. Juan Dolio is a rather secluded site. A few small convenience stores and restaurants around but the real grocery stores are 15 minutes away by taxi and several USD $. Fridays and Saturdays nights are very noisy. Small karaoke bar across the street. Outside of these evenings, it's a very quiet place.

I had a wonderful time at Maria Cristina’s place. The view of the pool and the ocean is amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was convenient to everything in the town. Maria Cristina was quick to respond and willing to work with and accommodate us.

It is an excellent accommodation, I really loved that it has a private beach and the view from the balcony, where you can see the beach, Ricardo is also very friendly and helpful, anything you need he will definitely agree to help you. I loved everything, I'll most likely be back.

Everything is excellent, the only recommendation is that you should take everything you will need because business is far away and always make sure you go the right way since there are several roads to get there and some are a little complicated , after that the place is beautiful a paradise , I loved it and I would come back a thousand times more .. the rooms are very comfortable and clean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you !!! The villa was great, cozy and clean with everything you need. The complex Beautiful and serene. Valencia was very welcoming and responsive to all our needs and very accommodating . Total experience 10 out of 10❣️

Excellent villa!! Ideal for disconnecting and relaxing! Everything is just like the photos, everything is super clean! Highly recommended! The host is super attentive and quick to respond! I'd come back as many times as I could!!

Very grateful and consistent with the attention received from both Miss Bal and the service staff at the villa, always very attentive, friendly and helpful. The place was very cozy and we really had a great time. We loved it!

The stay was really good. The house was super big, the rooms were spacious. The master bedroom is spectacular. All the space came to be necessary for my family. The reality that the whole experience was very good, the pool was enjoyed and the fact of being rodiados of star fruit and platanos/guineos was a super cute experience; my children will never forget that. Dario the manager was super pending, very friendly and helpful; 100% fantastic! We would love to spend more time in the house and get to know the area better!

Great location. Beach is walkable, but unless you're with Club Hemingway or Marbella beach chairs are not available.

A lovely property with spectacular views. Fernando’s had his apartment beautifully furnished and had water, coffee etc available which is always appreciated. Clean, tidy and in pristine condition. I would highly recommend this apartment for a holiday.
