This was the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Spending each morning reading on the porch bed, taking in the sounds of birds, frogs, monkeys and more was so peaceful - a perfect getaway! At first I was unsure about no AC but the screened windows and fan combined to a wonderful breeze that we actually needed the extra blankets provided at night! Such a cozy spot with the cutest decorations, games, binoculars etc. The Airbnb itself is off the main road but with Barclays directions we found it no problem! It’s about 10 min away from Nuevo Arenal which was convenient for groceries / dinners etc. just keep in mind that it gets dark around 6PM and they’re pretty winding roads with no lights. Barclay also made some great recommendations which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thankful for a great stay and I’ve already recommended this place to others!

I’ve been traveling on with this app for well over a decade and this stay was by far one of my favorite stays on air b & b. Not only is the place immaculate, but the views are ridiculous and restaurants are just a couple mins away by walking. The butterfly conservatory is very close and I can’t even start to explain how beautiful breakfast was every morning. Can’t wait to come back!

Brandon and his mother were out of a fairytale the kindest most genuine hosts I have ever met. If you want to fully immerse yourself in the ambience and culture of Costa Rica this is exactly what you want! You are able to fully be in the peace and nature of the rain forest and his mother took us out one night to show us frogs from their decorative pond! His mother also brought us an authentic Costa Rican breakfast with eggs from their chickens, homemade traditional rice, beans and tortillas with a slice of homemade cheese from their cows they milk daily. The location is perfect to be central for day trips and the town has the kindest people we met in Costa Rica. This experience was truly magical and the best place that we stayed in Costa Rica! I hope to come back again to specifically see Brandon and his family! You can’t ask for better hosts or experience in my opinion.

We absolutely loved our stay from the moment we checked in. The first moment we saw the view outside, and the beauty inside our spacious dome, we were blown away. We came with our two dogs and they felt right at home as well. Our bed was very comfy, with a view that really stands out. The dome had everything we needed for a long weekend. The deck was beautifully designed, and the infinity hot tub was truly special, with a great view of hummingbirds and a lovely herd of cows down below, who came to visit every day. Finally, the Doña Luisa Restaurante is a 3 min walk away, and we had a great meal there 3 days in a row. We highly recommend this glammping experience and we’d definitely do it again.
