We had a wonderful weekend in the house! The place is Amazing. The house has several rooms, which gave us a lot of comfort and privacy. The playground was a great success with the children, and everyone took advantage of the barbecue space for meals and enjoy good times together. The house offers a perfect environment for bringing family and friends together, and without a doubt, we will come back more often.

Our stay at Janine's was wonderful. The house is large, well airy, with full kitchen, and arrangement of ideal rooms for families. We love that even sun umbrellas and beach chairs were available for use. In an isolated case we need to consult Janine, the answer was in a few minutes. Janine also has a support network if necessary. All of this is provided after the final confirmation of the reservation, very well detailed. I recommend and plan our return!

I went with my family and friends, the house is just perfect! Well aired, enooooorme, all rooms with air conditioning, has all the kitchen utensils. A muuuuito house clean and organized. It had clean bed clothes in all the rooms. The swimming pool is a delight, a lot of sunshine that is still hotter still rs. The house is very close to the beach, we love and want to come back!!

We had a great time at Denise's farm. The place puts you in touch with nature and has a great structure. Denise was very kind throughout the stay. The kids loved it.

Local exactly like the photos, I went in 4 people, two adults, two teenagers , a short stay accommodates well, but I think 3 people would be more comfortable. Rafael responds fast is helpful, very easy and quick to access the condominium.

As for Graziele, it's all compliments! very nice and gave information and made everything very clear, as for the property, the negative point is that it does not have parking, and this in São Paulo represents a certain inconvenience because private parking is very expensive and access to the property is in a very busy and dangerous place for the night. As for the interior of the property, it fulfills the purpose of being a place to sleep after the commitments in the city, everything works well there, the noise problem (due to facing the viaduct) is perfectly isolated by the windows, but then it gets hot in there on hot days, the fan can't handle it and it gets uncomfortable, on cool days it's good! It needs air conditioning. I only rented it for my family to rest before the event and sleep right after, so for this purpose it served very well.

Easy to find location, Roberio warned me about not having parking but I managed to find a way to leave the car in a parking spot on the street, very close to the building. Everything was organized and both check-in and check-out were smooth.

I loved staying at Aline's apartment, impeccable, everything clean, great building, and clean pool. We communicated by WhatsApp and she answered very quickly, clearing up any questions.

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Check-in without difficulty, helpful and cordial staff, host with good communication, spacious apartment with great structure, necessary utensils for a good stay. The Studio is amazing, it's in line with the images on the listing. Unfortunately the center is complicated because of the homeless people, I went with family and I couldn't get to know the surroundings because of that. The building is amazing, clean and beautiful, but the location leaves something to be desired. There is security at night for entry and exit of the building, he accompanies you to the market and the pharmacy near the building.
