Everything was very good and clean in the apartment! I thought the place was safe, too.

Diego was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. The place was beautiful, very clean, and modern—exactly as described. The view overlooking the city was absolutely stunning. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable, making it a perfect stay. I’d definitely love to come back and stay here in the future!

We stayed for a little over 2 weeks with our 2 year old. Not only was the place exactly as described, Elise was extra thoughtful in the amenities provided for our son. She was extremely responsive, and was gracious to allow us a flexible check out to accommodate his nap before our flight. The apartment was wonderful and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again our next trip. Thank you so much, Elise!

It was good the stay! I took my children and although the building did not have a playroom, the apartment was spacious and the building had a gym and swimming pool. A differential for me was having a high chair, a piggy bank, a hair dryer... even items like cotton and cotton swabs. Andrea, who did all the communication with me, was very helpful and kind. Leaving the building, you see the Allianz, very close. I recommend it.

The accommodation is very close to the beach, access is easy and quiet! The house is super cute with beautiful decor, extremely well equipped. The mattresses are great, the sofa opens up providing even more comfort. We found the house exactly as advertised! Sophie responds super fast! We had a perfect stay! ❤️

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again, but everything was perfect, thank you

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Luiz's apartment is great! Large, spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication is great, he responds promptly and helped us a lot with an early check-in. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is a staircase to get to the apartment, since the elevators stop between the floors. But anyway, we love it and will be back when we can!

Apartment exceeds expectations. Amazing view, everything extremely comfortable, well decorated, quality bed and bath linens, I felt at home. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and the entire Riviera structure. Excellent host, we hope to return more often. Thanks to the doorman, Mr. Luiz, who was very helpful to us!

Henrique and the building staff were very attentive and kind, excellent location, practically on the sand as mentioned, everything working, well-equipped, there's even a Nexpresso coffee machine. We'll be back!

I really enjoyed the stay. Very well located for corporate travel, close to Shopping Morumbi. The commercial area below has everything: coffee, pizzeria, hairdresser, market, etc. Very convenient. The apartment is cozy, with a wonderful view. The gym is very practical

Excellent studio, exactly as shown in the photos, very well adapted and clean, making the stay comfortable and cozy. Strict security routine in the building, which made me very calm, because I was alone with my daughter and this was a very positive point for me. Quick and easy check-in with polite and qualified staff. Quick and easy access to the garage. Full, organized and functional kitchen. Extremely comfortable bed. Delicious shower. Cooling air conditioning. Everything working perfectly. I didn't use the other common areas, but I believe they are excellent, as is everything in the building. Fernanda was a sweetheart... super polite, attentive and helpful. I missed the indirect lighting in the rooms, which was present in the photos, but this factor did not hinder my stay or diminish my delight in the property. This studio will certainly always be my first booking option every time I return to São Paulo. Thanks for everything!!
