I've already stayed at the place, for me it's always an excellent option, as I'm a resident of the region. As always, everything in the most perfect order, Michel is an excellent person and an even better host.

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

The building was exactly the same as the pictures. The condominium has chairs and sunshine on the beach, in addition to offering ice for cooler supply. Very good appliances, including a good gas barbecue on the roof. Good parking space, next to the elevator. A good choice for small family.

Perfect location for short stay. The space was close to absolutely everything and the condominium was very quiet and quiet.

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. The place is exceptional. Apartment accommodated us very well. Very clean and organized. Beautiful place, the landscape is magnificent. Even on a rainy day we enjoy the pool area. Márcio served us very well and always very quickly. The site staff are also very polite and helpful. It is well worth it.

It was an amazing experience! Everything in front of us seemed surreal and spectacular. Check-in and check-out were quick and simple, the house is super clean and cozy, meeting all our needs. Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.

Cozy apartment and super well located. We walked to the center of Capivari several times. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and the hosts are super polite and attentive. We'll be back for sure!

A great stay, the space is actually very good and has everything in the listing. The hostess was very helpful and the check-in and checkout instructions were very objective. Everything was very organized and clean, with everything we could hope for a comfortable and quiet stay with an inviting price. I will definitely host again as soon as I have a chance!

Great apartment. Located on an avenue where there are several shops. And the only point (not negative, just an observation) is that the beach is a little distant, sometimes with coolers, children or the elderly gets a little difficult. But great cost-benefit and fit exactly as in the pictures! We love it!

Sensational apartment, fully equipped, spacious and practical. Next to the beach, where you arrive walking. Spacious condominium and a grand pool, with very good parking. My family and I spent wonderful days in Riviera! John was extremely attentive by giving us all the information in advance, and whenever we need it, he also responded quickly. The apartment is beautiful and quite complete, as advertised, literally feel at home. The road to the beach is spectacular, passing through a garden with a vast amount of plants, superb care and a breathtaking view. The services available in the building are incredible, is the tip for the next guests to make the most of the spa, swimming pool, gym and others. Whenever we arrived from the beach we went to the spa, relax in the ofurô, a real delight! The guardian Thiago, the gatekeepers, the gardener and all the other staff of the building were polite, attentive and helpful with us. We are very happy with our choice and we certainly intend to return more often.

The flat is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check-in and check-out without bureaucracy, super friendly staff, the location is more than perfect, a jump from the beach! The host Ana Carolina is a 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love the stay and will come back more often for sure!”.

We spent great days!!! The closest path to the beach is by street, about 3 blocks or so. We just miss having a cart to take the extra chairs and cooler to the beach. We used the extra umbrella too, because only the beach service one is small, we had 3 children. The cart was missing, but we managed. The apartment was clean! Quiet building, helpful staff. We spend a lot.

The apartment served us 100%! Selma is very polite and communication with her is very quiet. I only have two reservations: the electronic lock was not working very easily, we had a bit of difficulty in getting the password; the bulk of the cleaning. But nothing that compromised our trip, it was amazing and we'll be back whenever we can.

The apartment is very well located and has a very good leisure area. It has a heated pool upstairs with a beautiful view of the beach. Claudia was always very attentive! We love the stay and we intend to return!

Bom Dia, it is with great pleasure that I leave here my evaluation , Cláudia was very attentive from the beginning, everything I asked he always answered and quickly, the apto is Very Good, we went in 6 people and we were very well accommodated, very close to the beach , for those who go with children the beach of indaiá is great, especially the indaiá canton that practically does not have waves and the water is very clean, it is close to the apt also, for those who are walking about 30 to 40 minutes walking , by car is fast. The apartment is very complete, even has cooler and chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach , nearby supermarket, in short we like everything and certainly recommend it to everyone. Only a warning has a gym , but you have to have sneakers to use ( just letting me know because I went with a slipper to the beach and could not use the academy for this detail rs ).
