Felicio’s place is the Paradise on earth, the only thing you can hear is the small cascade, perfect for disconnection. Is not too far from the lovely town of Gonçalves and it has beatiful surroundings to take walks. Very recommended.

We spent a weekend in the house. All very nice, excellent! We went with children and the house is well secured, all fenced, the solid glass and a safe staircase. They were very free to play. The highlight is leisure area. Gramado clean and truly heated pool, a delight. Rodrigo, Tânia and Mariana answered us quickly, with education and were ready to answer any questions or help with some eventuality. We want to go back and we recommend it for sure!

The location of the condominium is easy to find and the reception staff was well educated. The accommodation is spacious for a couple, highlighting the comfort of the living room, the very large bathroom with a great shower and the pleasant balcony overlooking the forest, great for relaxing. We are surprised by the proximity of the beach, it really is a few meters until you put your foot in the sand. The host was always very helpful and attentive, responding to us with speed and education. We love our stay. If possible, we will return.

All according to description and photos. Clear, airy, organized, clean environments. Got it all! All practical and functional. Our family, loved. Everyone wanting to go back. I've been there, really worth it, for the host, home, and location!

The house is very cozy. We went in four people and two dogs and really felt at home. All well tidy, clean. The warm house, the very beautiful backyard, flowery, a very wide space in which the dogs could stay calm. We love the covers: soft and very warm. Rose is a very willing person, received us very well and instructed us how to use what we needed and gave tips of where to go, where they accepted dogs and everything else. We highly recommend it and it will definitely be a place to host again when we go to Campos again.

We love the stay! Caio was very attentive, responded promptly, gave hints about Ilhabela and left a treat on our arrival. The house has a lot of green area, a quiet place and corresponds to the listing. I recommend it and if you go to Ilhabela again, it would be in this space again.

The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

The place is very easy to access and Clélia gave us information that made it even easier to get there without error. The accommodation is very good, all very clean and preserved. The kitchen is complete and features two refrigerators and a freezer to store drinks and cool faster. Good barbecue and a great barbecue with the family. My family and I love the site, it is very large and very green. The house is cozy, the beds were all covered and without the smell of mold, the bathrooms had toilet paper, hand soap and a dryer that I thought was wonderful. The kitchen is very complete! The pool area is a little far from the house but nothing too much, it would be interesting to have a stove there in the pool barbecue area so you don't have to go to the house to make the food, but that wasn't a major obstacle. In addition, the pool and barbecue area is well complete with sun chairs, a good fridge and a clean toilet. We had only one question but that was talked to Andrea and she was very solicitous and kind!

Great service and great stay. The only minor nuisance were the works on the houses next door, but obviously it has nothing to do with the host or the house. We intend to go back again and again.

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort.
