Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. You can book without fear.

The house is just like the pictures! Everything was clean, air-conditioned in every room, TV and other items working perfectly. The street is quiet, and the Almir and Brunno were super attentive from start to finish. I recommend it!

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

We love our stay! The house is super comfortable, spacious and has everything we need to feel right at home. Best of all is that we were able to take our dogs, who also took a great advantage of the large, safe and well-maintained yard. The location is great, close to several cool places to eat and stroll, but the house is in a very quiet street. It was a light ride, no worries. I highly recommend it to those who travel with pets or want a cozy place to relax and have fun! Summing up our journey from start to finish was perfect! Very quiet and safe place, beach access very close, kitchen with several utensils, during the stay they exchanged the microwave for a new one, wifi worked well for home office. Maps and Waze apps do not direct the address to the correct location and Gate D was closed because of construction, I had to return and access through another gate.

Karin responds to everything quickly and kindly. She is an excellent host, so much so that this is the second time I've been to the house and I loved the experience again. It is a very special place, with a delightful backyard, barbecue, hammock for resting, all excellent utensils for use. Several other things like salt, sugar, cleaning products, cloths, mop, bedding, great pillows, fans, even medicine to ward off mosquitoes. Wonderful shower, the beach is my favorite place, very safe, my children are free! The water was delicious, warm, super clean. It's a paradise! Thank you Karin again for the great experience. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and exactly as described in the ad – with 3 bathrooms that perfectly cater to the 3 bedrooms, ideal for larger groups like ours. The location is excellent: close to the beach, we walked quietly with our little son. The beach is beautiful, with several stalls to eat and drink, and there are great restaurants less than 500 meters from the house. The region is super safe, which has brought us a lot of tranquility. The attention of Junia and her team was flawless. From the first contact, they were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. The decor of the house is very tasteful and the collection of books is a different charm. We really felt at home. I recommend it with my eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

The photos show three bedrooms inside the house, but there is another bedroom with a double bed in the annex, which is great. It's good to bring food to prepare, as it's a little far from everything. If you forget something, there's a mini market in the condominium. At the reception, they are well educated too. To get there, the road is good and quiet. It's a place to relax and enjoy. I loved everything. I recommend it, for sure.
