My experience and my family at the house of Rita de Cássia was wonderful, we were super well attended and welcomed by her Toinho, as well as Rita a love of person, always with attention and affection treated me, her house is fantastic, super organized, large, ventilated and with all the utensils we needed, we loved the experience, I highly recommend her house, I intend to come back other times, for us everything was wonderful🥰🙏😍🫶!

It was very cozy and rewarding. The house accommodates very well, 10 people. Pleasant free spaces to chat and unwind.

Casa Bellavista matches what the name suggests. The location of the property delivers an excellent view of Serra de Guaramiranga, with a complete structure to welcome guests. Daily rates included the services of Mrs. Mayara, who contributed excellently to make sure we had a good stay. Mr. Antonio was always very attentive to our questions and requests, responding effectively and quickly. Finally, the only negative point concerns the neighbor next door, who from the beginning treated us with indelicacy because we brought dogs.

We love the stay! Dona Aila very good people. We spoiled even with cake. A love of person! The house was clean and well organized. We'll definitely come back more often❤️

Very good stay. Good location, very nice, large and beautiful house. There was a bit of mildew smell but opening the windows and doors came out. Comfortably good.

I really enjoyed the accommodation. It is 11 minutes from the center of Guaramiranga and the walk is good, but if you go without a car, it is better to choose something closer to the center if you want to have lunch or dinner there every day. Although it's only 11 minutes walking, there's plenty of slope. The view is beautiful and the neighborhood is very quiet. The neighborhood is very charming, with beautiful houses and low walls. The space is very large, with large toilets. We were in 7 people, but it was much more fitting. The check-in and check-out are very flexible. We arrived later and they allowed us to check out later too. I recommend it!

Excellent host, always available to help us. The house is huge, it is in the most noble part of Guaramiranga and it is possible to walk to the center of the city. The house is much better than in the photos, many towels and sheets available. However, I emphasize that it is for those who seek rest, the neighbors even bother with ambient sound. Taking that off, it was all impeccable, I loved the experience

Peaceful and wonderful stay. The clean, cozy and organized environment. For those who have small children as well as we did, they had everything we needed in terms of appliances. The comfortable and clean accommodations. The apartment is very close to squares, groceries, pharmacies and shops in the center. A quiet, quiet neighborhood. Super recommend. We'll be back soon!

We receive the clean apt, with all new and well complete, kitchen with all the main electros, minimalist and very cozy rooms. Room with TV, sofa with extension for legs, a balcony with chairs to sit and taste good wine... I felt at home, no exaggeration. Not to mention that the apto is 100 meters from the gastronomic square of Guaramiranga. The car was in the garage for the entire stay. I want to congratulate César and Cristina who were excellent hosts, super attentive and very helpful. we will definitely come back again and again. NOTE: I would like to suggest improvements in the Internet of the apartment, it was the only point that left to be desired and whoever has a small child is something indispensable for moments that we need to entertain them. Of the rest, perfect!

It was much better than we expected. The complete apartment and all new. Our fear was that it smelled of mold and had nothing. All new and all clean. The apartment I stayed in is wonderful, it exceeded my expectations. The condominium is very quiet and has a beautiful landscaping. It is very close to the center and next to the boulevard and guaramiranga park, which has restaurants and some very good attractions. It was great to rest and forget a little about the rush of the city :)

Otimo local, very close to the city, amazing deck and pool note 10! I recommend it too, the only detail would be to request a cleaning of the vesper estate of the stay because when we arrived it had a bit of a morpho smell on the last floor and bats...plus I am 100% satisfied.

Great space, great host Wonderful kitchen, very equipped, did not miss absolutely anything!!! Clean rooms, hot water showers, flawless jacuzzi. Great location in the center and a very affordable price for the quantity of rooms!!! Absolutely nothing to complain about, 5 stars for sure!!! I plan to come back!!!

The condominium is quiet and the apartment very cozy. Next door there are dining options and the Vogel cafe, which values even more. The only thing that could get better is the diversity of cooking utensils, as we cook a lot, we miss more pots and pans, a cheese grater etc.

Very nice experience. Rosana's apartment is just cozy. Everything clean, super-equipped kitchen, clean and fragrant bed and bath linens. She even left us an Easter treat, which was very kind of her. The condo is very clean and well-maintained. The parking space in front of the condominium is great. Mr. Olavo, who takes care of the condominium, is very helpful, welcomed us very well, always available to help. I'll be back.
