Very nice apartment, my kids said they felt at home, we were very comfortable during the days we stayed. Friendly, proactive hosts with great communication. Whenever possible, I'll be back. We even made friends in the building, because everyone welcomed us.

Perfect space, everything we need , host note 10. , only the service at the concierge left to be desired.

I loved my stay! The apartment is very clean, modern and well equipped, especially in the kitchen. The condominium is organized, quiet, and offers great amenities such as a swimming pool, playground, shopping area and fitness center. It was an amazing experience! The host was super attentive, always available to respond at any time, which made everything even more peaceful. Just a few notes: the apartment faces the afternoon sun, which makes the room with the fan very warm during this period. In the morning and at night, it gets more comfortable. In addition, the property is a bit stuffy, and the windows and doors are fragile; it may be worthwhile to install bars for added security. Overall, I loved the apartment and the location! I highly recommend it!

Super available! Always quickly answering our questions! He got us an iron, can opener, bottle pump and the bottle! He provided water for us! Very cozy place! Fortaleza is hot by nature but we found the place quite airy and it also had 2 fans and a room with air-conditioning! Only the bathroom is quite narrow, the entrance to the shower is very narrow, very narrow indeed. The kitchen had everything we needed, I missed an oven, I wanted to have made some muffins! We managed to schedule to use the barbecue and it was wonderful to see the family there! The pool is delicious, ventilated, sunny and shady! We'd definitely go back!

We love our stay in Guaramiranga! Host was super attentive, quickly responding to all of our messages. When we need someone to help with the cleaning, he promptly arranged for a person, and he also allowed us to check in early, which was great after the trip. The condominium is the best in the area, with a perfect location - close to restaurants and other amenities. We take advantage of the leisure infrastructure available on-site. We are already planning to come back soon with the whole family to enjoy again. I highly recommend it!

Simple apartment, all very clean! All works properly! Air conditioned, bed and toilets of good quality! Mr. Fernando is very attentive! I highly recommend it!

Super indico Dona Conceição and Mr. José. First time I use the Airbnb platform and I was very pleased. The hosts are very polite, thoughtful, and helpful. They respond quickly when they are called. The property is in excellent condition and meets all the necessities. The property's location is also great, as it is close to the airport, supermarkets, pharmacies, malls, cafeterias, plazas, there are buses at the door and uber. Anytime I return to Fortaleza for sure I will stay with them. The place is very good for children. My son is 7 years old and loved. He said he wants to come back soon. I just have to thank you.
