Es un lugar acogedor y bonito para hospedarte si quieres estar cerca del centro. Se encuentra ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y segura, cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar tu estancia en Guanajuato. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

We stayed at Casa Serena for almost 2 months. The house is charming and had everything we needed to feel at home and be self-reliant. The beds were so comfortable and the linens and towels were top-notch. Have a filtered water spout in the kitchen was a huge plus as it was great not to have to purchase and lug drinking water! The house is within easy downhill walking distance to the historic district with its lovely parks, museums, shops and restaurants. As is the case in many Guanajuato neighborhoods, the house sits on a hillside and so your walk back up from town is quite a workout! Still, that did not pose a problem for us. Alvaro was a perfect host. He was very responsive to any questions that came up and showed genuine concerns for our comfort and experience in his hometown. The welcome packet provided great recommendations for excursions and restaurants to try. Thank you too, Alvaro for the lovely sparkling wine you presented us with when we arrived. Thank you, Alvaro!

Es muchísimo más bonita de lo que se ve, un lugar muy cómodo, el anfitrión súper amable y siempre al pendiente de todo, la casa estaba muy limpia, una vista increíble, quien me recibió súper amable. Sin duda volveré pronto.

I had a great stay! The location is excellent, and the house is spacious—perfect for relaxing or spending time with a group. The rooftop patio is absolutely amazing and definitely a highlight. The only thing I would have appreciated is if drinking water had been provided. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved our stay! Claudia's home is perched on one of Guanajuato's many hill/mountaintops and has a gorgeous view. She was very communicative and even helped us figure out where to buy a molcajete. Just like the rest of Guanajuato, you'll have to climb a hill to get back to the house if you go exploring. However, Centro is just about 20 minutes way and there's a fully stocked grocery store at 12 minute walk in the other direction. Claudia's had plenty of space and was super clean. The two patios were great to hang out on and work from.

Descubrir Guanajuato y poder hospedarse cerca es una gran ventaja, si deseas conocer y llegar a relajarte para sentirte como en casa, no busques más, éste es lugar indicado para pasar tiempo con tu familia y al mismo tiempo turistear. Rocío es muy amable, atenta y todo el tiempo al pendiente, sin duda regresaríamos. 🫶🏼

La casa de Christel es tal cual se muestra en el anuncio. Un lugar bastante limpio con excelente ubicación y amenidades. Christel siempre fue muy atenta y estuvo al pendiente.

Alex's Airbnb was a fantastic and spacious location, perfect for our group of 5 adults. The property was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. We rented all 3 apartments, which offered stunning views, especially at sunset. The beautiful orange tree by the pool added to the charm, and there was plenty of clean drinking water available. Coffee was provided, and the city views were incredible. The location was very convenient, and Alex was an outstanding host, providing clear communication and ensuring everything was well-organized.

The house was absolutely amazing! Great views, we all had our own bathroom which is always great when traveling with a big group. Only trouble we really ran into was accessing the home, I think the lock was malfunctioning but the host got us in. The pool was a great the kids really enjoyed it, it is in the deeper side so make sure to take flooties. The neighborhood was quiet and it being gated makes you feel really safe. You could practically walk downtown but it is a lot of up hill and down hill so we used uber/taxi to get around which ended up paying 60-80 pesos each time. Also a lot of van transports pass by so easily you can hop on those as well. If I ever get the chance to visit GTO I would book here again.

Excelente alojamiento casa Picasso, mi familia estuvo muy agusto y feliz, instalaciones agradables, área de alberca confortable.... Excelente lugar para descansar y disfrutar en familia

It’s within walking distance to the city center of Guanajuato, which is very convenient. The night view from the balcony is also beautiful. The neighborhood has a security gate and is well-guarded, making it very safe.

La casa es súper bonita, cómoda y con vistas increíbles. Creo que es importante resaltar que no es apta para personas mayores o que no puedan subir y bajar escaleras, tanto dentro del alojamiento como para llegar a él es caminar considerablemente y subir y bajar. Recomiendo no llevar maletas grandes, solo mochilas. El agua de la alberca está súper rica, se sufrirá muchísimo. El hospedaje dice apto para 6 personas pero considero que es para 5 si alguno quiere quedarse en el sofá/cama, porque solo hay dos camas, eso sí King size. Lo único malo es que es mínimo dos noches y Lewis no aceptó modificar tarifa por un día aunque pagara más, entonces pagué dos noches. Aún así espero volver pronto y más días. Me encantó, muy recomendable.

We had a delightful stay here. The house is beautifully decorated and was spotlessly clean. Judith was an awesome host, always helpful, responsive and ready with recommendations. The area is very quiet, which we loved, and the internet is fast. There is also covered parking if you have a car. It’s up a steep hill from Guanajuato center, but there is a funicular within 10 minute’s walk that takes you straight down the hill and right into the center of town (and back up again, when you’re ready). Or there are plenty of very reasonably priced taxis; we never had to wait more than a few minutes for one to come by. Guanajuato is charming, and if you like music, especially, there is plenty to choose from.

This is the only Airbnb you need in Guanajuato. It has three floors, and from the 2nd and 3rd floor patio you have a view of the whole city. I took some really pretty photos from the 3rd floor patio. Any time of the day you can pour yourself a drink and chill out there. The rooms are spacious. The apartment is only 5mins walk away from the city center. The hosts are super responsive and very friendly

Un buen lugar cerca del centro de la Ciudad, si asistes a eventos al Auditorio General de la U. de Guanajuato es una excelente opción. Considerar que en Guanajuato hay pendientes, escaleras y callejones por todos lados. Vianney es uan excelente anfitriona, frecuentemente mantuvo contacto para saber si todo estaba bien o necestibamos algo.

El departamento está increíble, muy cómodo y muy bonito. Marcelo siempre estuvo muy atento y pendiente de nuestras necesidades y sobre aclarar cualquier duda o problema sobre el lugar e incluso para darnos tips sobre lugares y actividades por hacer. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí la próxima vez

La estancia súper bonita, llena de mucha flora y muy ameno el lugar. La limpieza excelente y se duerme tranquilo, muy amplia la casa para sentirse cómodo y a gusto. Llegamos con pequeña de 3 años y estuvo excelente para ellos también gracias a la cuna y periquera que está en la estancia, la presión del agua excelente y los baños amplios al igual que los cuartos y camas. La atención y trato por parte del anfitrión estuvo increíble, siempre atenta a todas nuestras necesidades y muy amable, 100% recomendado el lugar. Muchas gracias por todo ☺️

What can I say - it was pretty much the perfect place for our 2.5 month stay in Guanajuato for a family of three. Beautifully designed and decorated inside and out, everything we needed for cooking and living, cozy and comfortable, a great view, and a short walking distance to the centro. Ana is a wonderful host who took us out on arrival to show us all the necessities it would have taken us days (or weeks) to find on our own, plus she has an extensive list of places to eat and explore in Gto. The three friendly dogs and a sweet cat are a bonus also! The only downside - none of the accommodations during the remainder of our travels in Mexico are going to measure up to Casa Ajolote!

La casa es tal cual las fotos, mexicana, linda, zona tranquila, súper cerca de la Alhóndiga caminando o en auto, el estacionamiento me parece un súper plus, en un lugar donde hay tan poco espacio como Guanajuato, en la esquina de la calle hay un pequeño jardín, para llevar a tu mascota, un súper plus también que admitan a nuestro perrito que es parte de la familia, estaba limpia y tenía lo necesario por lo menos para nosotros para pasar los días programados. La persona que nos entregó las llaves, amable y concisa. No hubo interacción con los anfitriones; lo que no generó ningún problema ya que la casa tiene todo para que fluya todo bien. Si se siente como si vivieras en un lugar muy típico de guanajuato. Linda experiencia para mi familia.
