Great location and great apartment. Was exactly what I was looking for. You can easily walk to everywhere in the city that you would want to go to. Tere was very nice and accommodating. She let me check out late due to there being a gap between checkout and checkin at my next stop when I was a bit under the weather.

Spent four nights at Laura’s place and absolutely loved it. In my opinion excellent location - away from the craziness of central Guanajuato. La Presa is a very cute neighbourhood with great restaurants (Amataxi, Dos Chingones), cafes (Madelie, Que Tal), and a cool bar (Parlamento). This listing is close to an Oxxo and fruit / veg store (cash only). Spacious listing that I found quiet, comfortable, and good to work in. Kitchen was reasonably well supplied and could easily make a meal here. The rooftop is an incredible amenity that really adds value to listing. Communication and response time could be improved. Providing essentials to guests e.g. soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, charcoal for world’s cutest BBQ, extra towels, some extra pillows for bed, would elevate this listing to the next level. All in all loved this stay and would recommend!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The space has been painted in wonderful cheery colours and is very well laid out and clean. Stewart and Marie were very helpful when we had questions regarding transportation etc. and always responded right away.

The room features a metal bed frame with a soft blanket and two decorative pillows. Nightstands with modern lamps flank the bed, while a large piece of abstract wall art adds visual interest. Built-in closets provide ample storage and the space is brightened by natural light.

Nuestra estancia en Casa Teraluz fue excelente. El alojamiento es precioso, muy cómodo y decorado con mucho cuidado en los detalles. La pequeña terraza con vista es un verdadero plus que invita a relajarse después de un día explorando la ciudad. Todo estaba limpio y en perfectas condiciones. La ubicación es inmejorable, muy céntrica, lo que nos permitió recorrer Guanajuato a pie y disfrutar al máximo de su encanto. Las atenciones de Tara y su equipo también hicieron especial este lugar. Desde el primer contacto hasta el final de nuestra estancia, fueron siempre amables, atentos y con una disposición genuina para ayudar. Se nota el cariño y la dedicación con la que cuidan del alojamiento y la experiencia de sus huéspedes. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver. Muy recomendable.

Dermot was super helpful and provided clear instructions on location, like many places In Guanajuato his house is not that easy to find. He also found us somewhere to store our luggage which was really useful! The home itself was perfect, and what a view!

Andres is an exceptional host! Very kind and responds quickly. Apartment is in a perfect location where you can walk outside and find everything you need at anytime of day. La casa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Torsten y Gerardo siempre estuvieron al pendiente de todo. La casa es espaciosa y amplia. Hay mucha agua en las llaves y regaderas. Las camas son cómodas y pudimos estar con nuestra mascota sin ningún problema. Tomen en cuenta que llegar a la casa si es algo complicado ya que hay que bajar y subir muchas escaleras. Si llevas maletas tendrás que bajarlas por una serie de escalares entonces debes de tener condición física para poder realizarlo. El centro queda aproximadamente a 10 minutos bajando las escaleras. Realmente es una casa muy cómoda y bonita. Me gustó mucho.

This studio was just perfect for what I needed. My wife and friend had stayed in the larger home that is on the same property. Great for a couple or one person. Not fancy but very practical. Comfortable bed. Nice Bathroom. Excellent Shower. The kitchen area again not fancy but very clean and serves the purpose of A STUDIO! The proximity to the Main Street of Presa makes life easy. Across the street are great coffee cafes. Up a ways are really great restaurants like Citric which I had the best Chilaquiles Rojos of any in Mexico. Across from Citric is Amantxi a Fine Dining steakhouse that is magnificent under the watchful eyes of Chef Domingo Marteniz and his wife. Great and talented staff. A BARGAIN at each of these restaurants for the quality they provide… Back to Christel and her listing. Since we had the privilege of staying there 2x in a short period. We had the full experience of excellent above and beyond communication. The home delivered more than promised.Highest recommendation!
