In the bucolic neighborhood of Sta. Teresa, on a very wooded plot of 1000m² on two levels, on the lower level are 2 totally independent units that share a garden and swimming pool: This Apartment and the Studio (another listing). Overlooking Christ (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades), we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau and are always available to help.

Great studio with panoramic views of the bottom of Guanabara Bay and Serra dos Órgãos, attached to Casa de Artes Paquetá, the neighborhood's cultural center. The Gaudi Tower is located next to an important historical region of the island and surrounded by lots of greenery and tranquility on all sides. All rooms are very airy, with high ceilings and large windows that frame the ocean view. The studio has a large outdoor balcony, where Gaudi's sofa invites you to sunbathe and gaze at the moon.
