The apartment is very well located with restaurants, bars, pharmacy and supermarkets nearby. Icaraí beach is very close. The gatekeepers are very friendly. The host responded quickly to our contacts, with great friendliness and proactivity.

We loved the place , the location for being close to everything we needed, Dona Deirdre always ready to help us, the apt everything inside, air conditioning working perfectly, tv,, cooked there tbm and felt like home ... I had a great stay at Caio’s place. The apartment is very well located. Close to everything. Easy check-in. Communication was very smooth. The building is safe with people at the reception 24 hours.

It was a very quiet and comfortable stay, the apartment is excellent, we found everything clean and identical to the photos advertised, both the sofa bed and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen with utensils and equipment working. Regarding the location, we found it very good and safe! It is close to the subway, and in a short walk of about 10 to 15 minutes you arrive at the Flamengo overlook, a nice beach, overlooking the cable car. Jeane welcomed us very well, gave us tips for the tour, always very polite and helpful. She responded quickly through WhatsApp. Anyway, our group praised her receptivity very much. We truly enjoyed our stay in Eugênio's apartment. It is centrally located, just 12 minutes away from Cosme Velho (the train station that takes you to Christ the Redeemer), and 15 minutes away from the metro station (Largo do Machado). There are a lot of restaurants, botecos, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, fruit stalls, etc within walking distance. The view from the apartment is simply breathtaking!!! It's great to wake up, open the windows and appreciate Corcovado Hill, Morro Santa Marta and Christ the Redeemer from your place. The WiFi is really fast and works all the time -in case you need to work from the apartment- Eugênio provided a lot of recommendations and explained a few things when we first arrived to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend "Nema" and "Portugo" those bakeries have yummy bread and sweets.

We like the place. Easy access, view of the lake from the balcony. Many leisure options for children. Safe and quiet environment. Everything works perfectly.

D. Jaqueline and Mr. Paulo are very welcoming people, from the beginning they showed cordiality and were always available to answer questions and help with the day-to-day life of the house. Our biggest fear was the saltwater pool, but it was very peaceful in this regard. The kitchen has all the useful and necessary utensils for meals. What could improve: 1) having a bathroom outside would make it easier to maintain the cleanliness of the house, as you have to go in all the time and sometimes wet. 2) Replace the saltwater shower with fresh water outside. Otherwise, we had a fantastic weekend and will certainly return

Everything is perfect, in every last detail. Everything very clean, organized and smelly, super cozy. We were enchanted by the place, beautiful view, backyard full of fruit trees, birds singing in the morning... The hosts were wonderful and extremely helpful, super polite and careful. This is the second time I've stayed here. The house is complete, very comfortable and Gladis is a top-notch host, always available and attentive.

The stay was great. We went in 9 people and stayed 4 nights. The house has all the utensils needed for cooking, well ventilated rooms (already with pillows, sheets and covers) and its indoor area is as spacious as the outside. Lucia was attentive and her response time was very quick.

We were a group of 8 people, who went for the second consecutive year for New Year's Eve to Josy's place. The apartment was spacious enough for the 8 of us to get in. In turn, the building has 24-hour security. As for the location, not only were we 1 minute away from the beach (posto 5), but it was also ideal for New Year's Eve, as people gather between postos 1 and 6. In addition, it is located in a very safe place, and with many supermarkets just a few meters away. Finally, as for the host, Josy, she is always available for whatever you need. Therefore, I fully recommend the accommodation whether you are a group of young people or a family.

We stayed in the apartment for three days with our two children. The hostess was extremely attentive — we had a problem with the gas heater and she came the same day to help us solve everything. In addition, he has shown us a wonderful guide who organized an unforgettable tour and also the airport transfer. The apartment is in a great location. Only two minutes on foot has a delicious Rodízio, and the beach access is super easy — the building is right next to the bridge over the river, so it's not necessary to take a long walk. In about seven minutes you are already standing in the sand! The condominium is very nice, with friendly and polite gatekeepers, and a great pool. We were very satisfied with the stay And of course, the neighborhood of Jardim Oceânico (Barra da Tijuca) is one of the safest in Rio — we feel very quiet throughout the trip.
