The guest house combines the tranquility of a VILLAGE with the practicality of the ICARAÍ neighborhood. You can do everything on foot. It is at the end of the main house's yard, being totally separate and independent. For EXCLUSIVE use of the guest,it has a room, bathroom and MINI kitchen for small and fast preparation. Three blocks from ICARAÍ BEACH and in front of Campo de São Bento. The gate to the street is shared with the main house. As there is no parking in the village, I recommend a nearby paid parking lot.

Niterói tem belas praias como Itacoatiara , Camboinhas , sossego ,Piratininga, Itaipu …todas a 30 min do local .

Moramos numa casa deliciosa na rua que divide Glória, Catete e Santa Teresa. Em 2013 anunciamos no Airbnb um apto independente que tínhamos aqui ocioso. Depois, uma casinha que construímos para receber amigos ingleses na Copa de 2014, e agora chegou a vez de anunciar esta outra que acabamos de reformar e ficou deliciosa, com direito a um deck privativo e uma copinha de apoio. O acesso se faz pelo jardim ou pela casa principal. As áreas comuns são amplas e arejadas, sem risco de aglomerar!
