Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Guanabara Bay

The apartment is identical to the images, cozy, clean and very organized. I worked remotely on some days and everything worked perfectly. The view from the balcony is amazing, with the lake and the surroundings, bright and airy apartment. Very complete. The condominium staff are very attentive, helpful and dear. The condominium's infrastructure is perfect, with a heated pool, fitness center, sauna and hot tub, I used them and enjoyed them very much. In front of the building, still on the Peninsula (condominium) there is a 24-hour supermarket, restaurants and shops, I was able to hike the condominium trails, enjoyed the view and the sunset on the wooden deck, where the ferry is parked. Safe environment and excellent location in Barra da Tijuca. Memorable stay, I felt very comfortable, like at home. Certainly whenever I'm in Rio I intend to stay here, attentive, polite and proactive hosts. I loved it!

Perfect place! Very well decorated and warm. Everything is well thought out and well-equipped. It feels like home. Very good location between the lake and the beach. Perfect for running in the morning. Peaceful and lively neighborhood in the evening with many great restaurants. Nearby metro. Antônio is very responsive, responding quickly and accurately to questions and doing everything to make you feel good in the apartment.

The house is huge and is in the heart of the intimate fashion hub of Freiburg, with easy access to shopping in general. Everything was clean and organized. The garden is a highlight in itself, perfect for sunbathing/outdoor breakfast. Another very positive point was the garage, which is very spacious and easily accessible. For those who value logistics and infrastructure, this is the ideal choice. I recommend it.

The house is very nice, comfortable, cozy in a place that looks like a paradise. The air-conditioning in the three en-suites makes all the difference because even in the mountains, the summer is always hot. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Besides, Tânia was in constant contact to find out if we needed anything. Our 3-year-olds had a blast. In addition to the pool, the house has a very nice and well-kept playground. We will certainly be back many times. Whoever books, rest assured because all the surprises will be pleasant. Personally, the house is even better than the photos show. Other than that, Secretário is a very cool place. It rains less than in other regions of Itaipava and has a center with fair prices.

We had a great stay. Great house with terrific ocean views. Super easy walk to an almost private beach. The house itself was fantastic. 4 suites, all with a/c. And two additional bedrooms. Kitchen was big, as was the dining area and living rooms. Yes, more than one! With all that, I think the outside was even better. The pool was much-used by us. The outdoor kitchen and dining area were really nice, too. And Selenia was a great host, very responsive and proactive. Highly recommend!

A WONDERFUL SUPER A UNIQUE WELCOME I WAS SURPRISED UPON ARRIVAL WITH A BEAUTIFUL BREAKFAST TABLE FULL OF PAMPERING ,MY FAMILY WAS VERY WELL ACCOMMODATED . THE INDICATION OF MAURA TO TAKE CARE OF OUR FOOD WAS GOLDEN KEY TO MAKE ME THE MOST CALM MY SON ALREADY ASKING TO HIRE. EVERY DAY SHE MADE CONTACT OVER THE PHONE ASKING IF SHE NEEDS SOMETHING VERY CONSIDERATE. AND FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO HOLD EVENTS THE HOUSE IS VERY WELL EQUIPPED WITH TABLES FOR GUEST TOWELS OF TABLEWARE FOR THE KITCHEN JUST GO AND FALL IN THE DIVING ROOM!!!!!

These days when we enjoyed Renata and Maurício's house were moments of leisure and rest that exceeded our expectations! The house is even better than the photos and the view, ah, a detail apart from so perfect! Swimming pool, courts, barbecue, everything was excellent! Except for Rita and Camila who took care of us these days! We will definitely be back and recommend!!!!

My second time and I can only sum it up in one word: PERFECT! It's already my favorite place when I need to sleep in Niterói! It's the best Airbnb experience anyone could wish for!! Everything is fantastic! My family and I loved it the first time and we have already repeated it…whenever we can we will come back because it is very but very top! Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.

Amazing apartment with everything you need, the decor is beautiful and everything very organized!! Isadora was a sweetheart along with her father, they left us all the way for Easter. We are extremely happy with the choice of this apartment and we will definitely return more often!
